GoogleA very good experience with Aston Rowe despite a very difficult period trying to sell our home in a challenging climate. Despite numerous setbacks (including two sale drops outs) the staff at Aston Rowe remained professional and enthusiastic in their attempts to get a result for us. Importantly for us, we felt that decisions regarding pricing and other matters were a genuine collaboration, and AR staff were always prepared to take on feedback and remain flexible in their approach. While we didn’t ultimately obtain our original asking price (such is life) I would very much recommend AR to others, particularly for individuals looking to sell in the Acton area.

GoogleIn 2017, I purchased a property that was marketed by Aston Rowe. Overall, working with them was a positive experience. Katie Rowe and Harry Hammond were particularly helpful. Both of them were excellent coordinators of the transaction.

GoogleTenants BEWARE, not only did they provide absolutely horrible service throughout our stay. But their landlords do not register their deposits with any one of the government approved UK Deposit holders even when stated in the rental agreements. Our landlord has basically disappeared with our money and Aston Rowe has said it is none of their responsibility even though our rental agreement was clearly breached. MyDeposits whom are stated in our rental agreement have told us no deposit was ever registered with our address at any point. Please stay away from this company as they do not have you're best interest at heart and most likely will allow the landlord to commit fraud and not follow the law. 17/10/19 - We have not been given a direct point of contact, and if you mean David, he was extremely rude and kept repeating that he has no idea why the call is directed to him. Also, an allegation is based upon speculation or assumption, we have spoken to MyDeposit and they have after reviewing the rental agreement, said that there has been no such deposit ever registered on that address at any point through their company.

GoogleI have heard a lot previously about Estate Agents in general and was little unsure as to the quality of service that I would receive from Aston Rowe. My fears and misgivings were totally unfounded. The way the sale was handled was nothing short of impressive and was in no small way due to the dedicated attention of senior sales negotiator Hassan Mohmood. He was constantly "on the case" , even contactable after work hours, giving his personal attention to ensuring that the sale progressed, tying up loose ends and filling in gaps. My Solicitor, a Partner in his company with many years experience even commented that the attention that Mr Mohmood gave to the case was exceptional. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company and Mr Hassan Mohmood

GoogleFantastic, five star service from Carl, Jack and Harry (and the rest of the team). Our house sale could not have gone easier. I'll be honest, I was dreading the whole experience. But Aston Rowe were there for us throughout. From being spot on about what our house was worth in a very tricky market, to how best to market it (to exactly the people most likely to buy it) and to finding us a great buyer. I can't think of anything that could have gone better. There's no doubt in my mind that, along with their experience, their real edge is their deep local knowledge (they're all local). GoogleI rarely give feedback and only if the service is very poor or exceptionally good. So its with pleasure that I recommend Aston Rowe and in particular our sales negotiator Julian Masson. He is knowledgeable, attentive, polite, warm and friendly and most importantly attuned to our needs . At no point did I feel like I was being hustled to meet a sales target, which has often been my experience sadly. When he said he would call he did, his customer service is flawless. Even though it did not result in a sale he was still kind enough to check in on our status. If you want a different experience choose Aston Rowe - choose Julian.
