GooglePurchasing our first property through Andrews, Balham and dealt with Reece for the initial stages of the viewing and offer acceptance. Reece has been great and to date, everything has been very smooth and prompt communication throughout. Hopefully the rest of the transaction is as easy!

GoogleI found Andrew Balham to be extremely helpful and their staff were always very responsive and no ask was ever too big. I mainly dealt with Tom and he was always on hand for any queries or questions I had. I was renting a nice property for a really reasonable price. Overall, really happy

GoogleI purchased a property through Andrews several months ago and completed 2 weeks ago. I must say I was very impressed with them from the get go; they bent over backwards to help me and give me access to the property when I needed to and provide me information about the area etc. The legal process can be quite stressful and Pam and Tom were fantastic, and on it all the way pushing solicitors - I would not have completed so quickly without their help. Thank you.

GooglePam and the team worked miracles for me! My sale began in difficult circumstances but they pulled out all the stops and moved mountains. They found me a fantastic buyer and held both me and them together as my purchase escalated into a seven-property chain which would have tested the patience of a saint! I was in danger of becoming a basket case but Pam and Tom were always calm and their experience really paid off. Pam was able to spot things that the other agents further up the chain didn't and she worked tirelessly with everyone involved to negotiate a way through. I have no doubt that it was thanks to her that a very tricky situation was resolved and I got my sale and a really good price. It made all the difference in the world to have such a good team behind me, and for them to be such nice people really made it so much easier to get through a stressful situation like moving house. Andrews were also the most reasonably priced of all the agents I got quotes from. So, as a very satisfied customer who is hugely grateful, I would not hesitate to recommend them!
