GoogleWhen so many more flashy agents were quoting unrealistically high asking prices and correspondingly high commissions, it was refreshing to find one that provided realistic advice on price and asked reasonable commission backed by good service. I suspect they saved a great deal of time and money whilst avoiding the disappointment that would have come by entertaining the exaggerated claims of their competitors.
