Jean-Pierre Saint-Avit has been an excellent branch manager (Andrews Balham). He continues go the extra mile and has never let me down. Also, Tom Giboney is an excellent lettings manager and he always sorted out things efficiently and effectively. I bought my property through Andrews in 2007 and they have managed the letting since 2012. Unfortunately, in the last two years, the head office has changed how the company does business by moving to centralised lettings management. This has not worked for me as everything has become harder, takes longer and they have lost the personal touch. However, JP and Tom still help out all the time.

I've been looking at buying for a while, so it's safe to say I've met a fair share of wide boy estate agents. When I got the message about arranging a viewing, I was expecting another encounter with slicked back hair, pointy shoes, an ill fitted suit and terrible chat. But much to my delight, Stephane N'dri Nangle was the complete opposite. He was super chilled, professional and most importantly not too salesy. I'm still going through the sales process, but he's been super helpful and been fast to respond as and when needed.

We've had a seamless buying experience so far with Andrews. As first time buyers, Stephane has been incredibly helpful, polite and available to chat whenever we had any questions. I would definitely recommend. One thing that would be a great addition for the future would be to introduce 360 Virtual Tour's or a Video Tour which can help potential buyers have a more detailed look around prior to contacting for a viewing. Overall an excellent experience. I relocated to London and needed a place that was convenient in terms of commute, reasonable rent and practical from a facilty & neighborhood perspective. They were very realistic about the price of our property and with that in mind they made sure we got the best price. Which we did. Our search was happily a very short one with Marcus - he went out of his way to show us the perfect property that had not yet even gone on to the market. The location, size and price were all spot on. We decided immediately to make an offer, and from that point through to moving in, Marcus made the whole process simple and stress-free, making sure our requests to the landlord were all fulfilled. When we arrived at the property on move-in day, we even had the great surprise that the landlord had fitted new carpets throughout the property, which was beyond what we had even requested. Throughout this letting process, Emmanuel has been amazing. He made sure that I understood everything thoroughly from the start at the registering process. In my search, I have found that the other agents avoided showing me properties because of my lack of the English language. In this case, Emmanuel was more than willing to meet with me and my interpreter to make the whole process easy. I didn’t feel rushed at any point, nor did I feel at a disadvantage. Even after I had moved in, Emmanuel was still willing to help me to set up the bills in my name etc. I will definitely be coming back to Emmanuel at the end of this tenancy to help me to find another property.
