Clearly good at getting people in and giving them good service as evidenced by the positive reviews but the property management department is quite happy to ignore tenants for literally years when it comes to getting problems fixed. They say that people too inept to do a proper job go into property management and Allan Fuller typify ineptitude. Only until we threatened to withhold rent were we taken seriously. As a parting gift, they are still holding our deposits nearly two months after we moved out.

Amazing Service!!!!! My friends and I were looking to find a new flat to meet our needs and so we came across Allan Fuller website. We sent an email about 2 homes that we were interested but for some reasons they went out of market. The amazing thing is that when the one home went back live, Blake called us and arranged a viewing as soon as we could and we loved it! Even if the home was available almost immediately and we wanted the rental to start a month later, the agency spoke with the homeowner and managed to change the renting day. Everyone was really helpful and made the whole process to look easy. Very professional guys who are ready to explain everything you want or worry about. Now we are in an amazing home, with a great landlady and everything organised properly. Thanks guys!

Constantly asked for problems to be fixed in the flat but nothing was ever resolved, eg lights in the living room broke, they fixed them once and upon us turning them on after “fixing” they stopped again. Once this happened they didn’t try again. Also constantly had to chase for a response as they took a very long time to communicate anything with us. All in all, took a lot of time and effort to even receive our deposit once we left (took a whole month and numerous emails and calls) and really stressed us out. When asked to allow for a viewing of the property, we made ourselves available and stayed in the property only for the agents to not appear and not give us any notice of the appointment being cancelled.

Hugely impressed by the level of service from Allan Fuller. Dominik Graf handled the sale of a family property in Putney and I couldn't have wished for a more helpful, professional or conscientious agent. He did a superb job keeping me informed, talking to the buyer and moving the sale forward. This was the most painless house sale I've been involved with, and a lot of the credit for that goes to the Dominik. Overall Allan Fuller is an excellent agent and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great experience with Che from Allan Fuller. He always answered our questions and emails promptly, walked us through the process, and arranged for us to see the property a second time. For renting Allan Fuller don't take bids for their properties so if you have a seen a property and decide you want to rent it you simply pay a holding deposit and they cancel all further viewings. This first come first served process is must better and less stressful than the way other agents operate by forcing you into a bidding war. All round great service so far from Che and Allan Fuller

Absolutely awful company. As other reviews have said they're incredibly disorganised: missing appointments, failing to know who we were (while tenants of a flat they managed), arranging for work to be done at completely inappropriate times. When they tried to put the rent up 12% less than a year after we moved in I suggested that might be a bit steep and perhaps we should negotiate. They put an eviction notice through the door within 6 hours. I'd avoid at all costs. You'll only regret it.
