We had a decent experience renting out our flat through this agency but a horrible experience in getting the deposit back to our tenants. It has now been over a month since we asked them to refund our tenants the full amount of their deposit and they have blamed the holiday period for this. When I finally called to complain the man said that was unacceptable and he would sort it out but when I received a follow-up email from the woman dealing with that she was very defensive and never apologised. I think most people need their previous deposit ASAP when they are moving and the fact that it still has not come to our tenants for a month is unacceptable and I would never use this company again.

GoogleBoth Liz and John recently assisted me in the sale of my flat in Putney. From the very beginning they remained personable, professional and very supportive throughout, John even printing out some vital paperwork from my solicitor when my printer failed me. I always felt that they were willing me on to complete the sale and that my personal well-being was also important to them. I have already recommended them to my neighbours wishing to sell their properties, confident that they would be in safe hands in this family run smaller estate agents.

Two weeks after I had come across the flat listing, my partner and I had looked around, put in an offer, paid the deposit and moved in! The team were very responsive with organising paperwork and moving the process along. Brandon in particular, who showed us around the flat, went above and beyond to outline every detail of the property, and instantly answered any concerns we may have had, even out of office hours. They responded very promptly, viewed the property, took details, advised on value and within 24 hours of receiving my instructions to proceed had introduced excellent tenants who moved in as soon as references, agreement, inventory etc had been prepared and agreed. GoogleFrom what I can tell Allan Fuller are great at selling houses but when it comes to rented properties, it's a different story. They are terrible with communication, take weeks to reply to myself and housemates via email and took nearly 12 days to repair a washing machine! We moved in our house without a contract as they didn't manage to complete it in time, even with a months notice. Upon exiting, they charged me fees that they already charged me at the beginning of the tenancy and when I questioned it I realised it was because they legally can't charge the new tenant so decided to charge me again/ You need to be on the ball with these people because they will overcharge / ignore you.
