GoogleFantastic experience working with John to sell our flat. Excellent communication throughout and we really appreciated his advise and insights to the process as first time sellers. He has personally gone above and beyond to help us with matters big and small and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. We have rented our property through Allan Fuller for over 5 years and have had a very positive experience all round. Recommend!

GoogleAs a buyer during a very lengthy and bureaucratic process I cannot praise too highly the support and help I received throughout from John, Marvin and Charlotte. John in particular was brilliant at stepping in whenever needed to keep the process moving, even going the extra mile on one occasion to obtain a signature in person from a key individual. A fantastic team who were a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleThe lettings team is great and they were always helpful, especially Che. My one star goes to the way their property manager June was very deceiving, and blatantly lied and deceived us. It's not OK to lie like that, and even when we caught her lie she pretended like it was nothing with her.

I was recently living in Putney renting from a private landlord and was having a lot of difficulty with them refusing to fix the heating, water and pest problem. Allan himself gave me endless help in working out how to proceed and get action from my landlord at the time. To say I didn't even rent from this company, he really went above and beyond and helped me sort out my incredibly stressful circumstances. Thank you so much for all your help. GoogleI recently viewed a flat (now renting) with Brandon from Allan Fullers Brandon helped me to negotiate a favourable agreement with the landlord which included a professional clean, removal of unwanted furniture, a new mattress and a price drop in the monthly rent. GoogleHappy with the service. Che was very professional and helpful. We had quite a lot of to and fro while landlord was deciding, however Che was very good at being transparent and updating us on the progress. They even accommodated a last minute change of move in date. Thanks Che and Siri!

Allan Fuller were very helpful when they were marketing the property for rent, but after we signed became frustratingly unresponsive. It was clear they really don’t care. Even the slightest request took multiple emails and calls. Finally, the checkout experience has been a shambles. I have been waiting weeks for return of deposit and return of pre-paid rent, but can’t get any numbers or details from them. Just excuses.
