Nina and Cathy are absolutely amazing! Nina was around when I was came in for a viewing and she was patient and calm, answering all my questions- not like other agents who put pressure on prospective tenants. We got our new home on quite a short notice. It was a stressful time and Cathy would keep reassuring us, going over and beyond to give us updates on our application. Sabrina as our property manager is extremely responsive and resolved any issues or concerns with great conscientiousness and efficiency. I always felt like I could trust her. Thank you both for being so awesome and for your kind and friendly customer service :)

Eve Keeley is our property manager at our current tenancy in Putney for the past 3.5 years. She has been an absolute star in sorting things out for us. Anything that we have taken to her as a problem has always been addressed as a matter of urgency and we are very fortunate to have her manage the property and help us with all our queries and concern throughout our time here as tenants. She is dedicated and very professional and that shows in her attitude towards dealing with both tenants and landlords. Keep up the good work and keep shinning. Can't recommend Allan fuller enough. They are one of the best in the market!

I had committed to a sale last year with a property advertised at around 2k service charge. Unfortunately the legal pack revealed service charge came out to 4.4k. Whilst I could afford this, I couldn't justify the increase for an ex council block which are usually low on service charges. I ended up losing shy of 4 figures due to solicitor engagement and survey. The estate agency showed zero accountability and put blame on the vendor. You are not allowed to retrieve information from the lease management agency who suggest you go via a solicitor channel so unfortunately it's too late by the time the information is known. There is no protection to buyers and a lot of trust is put into the accuracy of adverts. I have come to find other agencies do their due diligence by checking charges associated. This has put me off any further interest in other properties with this agency as this could be a reoccurring offence, please be warned and deal with them with great caution, or alternatively use more reputable credible estate agencies who are local. Overall awful experience ***AVOID***

Cathy and Nina were very helpful in helping my friend and me to find a place. So this company have been letting my properties for over 20 years. I wanted to employ them to let my flat in Putney. I called on Friday, and I was told someone would call me back. He never did. I called today at 11am and told the receptionist that I hadn't received a call and she promised a call back within an hour. I'm still waiting - not an abysmal service, but rather no service!!! If I could give no stars I would!!!

Extremely poor experience with Allan Fuller

I decided to appoint Allan Fuller as the managing agents for my apartment as they were a local estate agent. However, over the 3 years I rented my apartment out through them, the experience was very frustrating. The staff were very slow in responding to emails and often absent when called. Follow-up on issues flagged with the property were very delayed, sometime requiring weeks of emailing to request and update and multiple calls to get a response. Twice after tenants checking out, there were damages that were never deducted from the deposit. There were issues that were never reported. And unfortunately, whenever I raised concerns, the behaviour was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the staff and the lack of professionalism are letting down the Allan Fuller brand.

We sold our terraced house on the Dover House estate in late 2021 with Alan Fuller. Throughout the whole process, they were really helpful, friendly and easy to get in touch with. Their valuation visit (done by Liz) was thorough but clearly well informed and they knew the area really well. Once we'd agreed to use them, they were always proactive, but also were very reasonable in arranging visits etc. around our day-to-day lives. Most of our dealings throughout were with John and it was always a pleasure to talk to him. Once we had agreed a sale, John was supportive and a clear communicator, with both good advice and regular updates on the progress. We couldn't have done it without you! John's straightforward approach worked for us. John was in tune with the Putney market (others overvalued and undervalued the property by some margin) and the price we achieved was pretty much spot on to what John valued it at. It was far from straightforward due to the chain and change in circumstances, however John was an absolute professional, remained calm when things seemed to be falling apart, and was instrumental as a go-between at the 11th hour to close the deal. I would highly recommend Allan Fuller and John Ralf in particular. Can't thank you enough.
