GoogleAllan Fuller and particularly John Ralph at Allan Fuller are absolutely excellent. They have stuck with it and gone above and beyond in the probate sales that I have had to do with the other executor. John Ralph in particular is a gentleman that has supported us throughout.

GoogleWe are currently renting a property in Putney through Allan Fuller and have received such fantastic service over the past two months from our property manager, Sarah. Our washing machine has broken twice within this time and on both occasions, Sarah has acted swiftly to ensure the issue was rectified. Thank you Sarah!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant lettings agents. Really easy to deal with and they recommended a property we hadn't seen to us, which we ended up being accepted on!! Ronja was a pleasure to deal with, seemed highly knowledgeable of the properties, and made the overall experience very straightforward. We even had a lovely 'welcome to your new flat' box of goodies on our first day. Really great service, highly recommended.

GoogleNina and Cathy have been tremendously helpful in my friend and I’s search for a flat! Unfortunately, our offer didn’t get accepted at the first place we liked, but Cathy and Nina went above and beyond to help us secure another property. This property turned out to a much better fit for us. Nina showed me around the property and answered all my questions, and helped me put in an offer right after the viewing. To our delight, the offer got accepted within the hour! Given how volatile the rental market is at the moment, with estate agents receiving 100s of enquiries, Cathy and Nina approached us as human beings, and genuinely listened to us and wanted to help us. They’re extremely friendly and very skilled at what they do. We’re very excited to be renting with them! :)

After I had to move unexpectedly they really pulled out all the stops to find me a new place asap at a time of high demand. It would have been nigh on impossible to find somewhere without their help and they have gone above and beyond to make it as smooth a process as possible. GoogleI have had the most seamless experience with Allan Fuller, and Nina and Cathy were huge contributers towards that. With everyone talking about how crazy the rental market is at the moment, we were really worried about waiting weeks to find a place. After making an enquiry, Nina had booked me in for a viewing and was so friendly and professional. I was then shown the property by Cathy who has had the patience of a saint with all the questions I had! Her communication was prompt, consistent and she had also kept me in the loop from step to step after I put my offer through (which was accepted!) Thank you so much again for all your help - Cathy made the experience as stress free as could be somehow!

GoogleWe could not be happier with Allan Fuller estate agents. Having bought our house when it was being marketed by Allan Fuller, the team were then happy to sit down with us and chat through our plans for the house, offering us some great insight into what the market wanted. Due changing circumstances, we then decided we wanted to sell the house again at the worst possible time, right after the mini-budget disaster, and having ripped out the kitchen and bathrooms. Another local agent declined to even come and look at it. John was supportive, understanding and helpful. He gave us measured, good advice about what we could hope to achieve, which was neither pessimistic nor unrealistic. He quickly secured an above-asking price offer and managed the sale successfully to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend Allan Fuller estate agents - five stars from us.

GoogleNina and Cathy were great at helping us find and procure out flat. We moved from the US to UK, and were not able to be present to view our flat. Nina and Cathy were accommodating, gave us a virtual tour, and walked us through every step of the letting process. They were accommodating and understanding, even with the large time difference. It was very stressful trying to get everything settled from so far away, and both helped us at every step. They assured us that our flat was an excellent accommodation, and indeed it doesn't just meet our expectations, but is beyond what we expected. Our family is grateful to have worked with Allan Fuller, and particularly with Nina and Cathy. Other estate agents blew us off, became frustrated with the time difference when trying to contact us, and generally expressed little interest in helping us find a home. Thank you, Cathy and Nina, for helping us every step of the process. We definitely recommend their services - 5 star!

GoogleWe purchased our first property through Allan Fuller and despite some difficulties with our solicitor and delays in the process, they helped us through the negotiation process, were always available to answer the phone and John was very patient with all of the many questions we had along the way! Thanks for helping us with our first step onto the ladder, we'll be in touch when we need to sell :)

GoogleAs a tenant I would recommend avoiding renting a property with this agency, especially out of the Putney office. We had such poor response, communication and assistance from the agency. Our property manager had very poor communication skills, missing emails and never responding to follow ups. The property agent also dropped the ball when it came to exiting the lease (more on behalf of the landlord), forgetting the landlord had a 10 day notice period for disputes causing many issues down the line- no one wants to have to go through TDS! It's tough out there for renters in London so I hope this helps someone!
Our aim always is to provide the best possible service to all of our clients and customers, if ever on the very rare occasion there might be a complaint we fully investigate. On this occasion unfortunately, we had the first experience in 40 years of property managers being either on holiday or hospitalised for a short period which meant it was difficult to deal with some issues as rapidly as normal. We are back on schedule with our adherence to rapid response to issues. The landlord for your property was not in agreement with the inventory check out which required us to resolve the issue and delayed settlement, now resolved.

GoogleOverall, I had a good experience buying through Allan Fuller. Queries were responded to and I always got call backs when requested. An especially nice touch was that I was given a Welcome/Congratulations Pack on handover of the keys. The toothpaste and mouthwash was handy! I would use Allan Fuller again and a special thanks to John Ralph for being a good agent to work with.
