GoogleWe had Enrique and Brandon helping us getting our newly rented property, and they were both very helpful. We did the viewing with Enrique, and he was very professional and ensured that the viewing was conducted appropriately during covid. He was also very helpful giving us advice on making an offer, which in the end ensured we got the property we wanted. Him and Brandon make a good team. They are extremely professional, great at keeping in touch and managed our two sales and one purchase brilliantly, keeping my stress levels just about bearable. They have great local knowledge and expertise. We mainly dealt with John who has been excellent, but also Brandon who was great as well. Would highly recommend.

GoogleMe and my partner rented a flat with Allan Fuller. The agent Brandon helped us to find a flat and he was always very very helpful and professional. The landlady was also very nice, every time that we had a problem she was willing to solve it. We left because she sold the flat and gave us the notice. She promised to give us the deposit back straight after we leave because we needed the money to pay a deposit in the new flat. The landlady sent an email to Allan Fuller asking to release the deposit, and they took almost 2 weeks to refund us. We were entirely depending on that money, I had to chase Katie few times. So, my experience was very good renting the flat, but once I left, to receive the deposit back, it was quite the opposite.
We're really pleased that, on the whole, you had such a positive experience with Allan Fuller Estate Agents. However, we are obviously disappointed that you feel let down over the return of your deposit. There are processes and procedures we have to follow in order to be able to release funds and, sometimes, this can take longer than we hope. We've had a look back at your correspondence with us and can see you expected the money to be your account on the Monday and it was in your account by the following day, following an email to Katie. We apologise for the delay but we actioned everything as quickly as we could. We really do know how important the money is for an onward move. We wish you all the best in your new home and thank you for your review.

GoogleEnrique was responsive throughout the letting process. However, the team behind him let us down. Seems once the contract is signed, the deposit and 1st rent paid. The support is reduced. Took a few chasers to get responses as to parking. Now we are waiting for responses to a list of repairs that we lodged whilst doing the inventory. Today I asked if at least they could respond to the email that they had passed our request to the landlord. You may guess if I have had a response?PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe were looking a flat in Putney in during the lock down period. I met with Rob Curtis from Allan Fuller, helped us very well. These days were the tough days for looking for the property. Mostly property agensies were closed or not responding. He sent us video and helped to each details into the process. We sorted out our procces a month before than we expected. The professionalism is maintain our jobs as much as possible under harsh conditions. All staff are very polite and they do well in their business. GoogleIt's a great pleasure to review Che from Allan Fuller. Che has done an amazing job in helping us out to rent a flat in Putney, and therefore we went back to him for our second flat. He is knowledgeable and offered properties that met our criteria. Unlike other agents, Che did not pursue us to view other flats that do not match our criteria or try to convince us to like something different. In addition, Che is honest and transparent, objectively presenting the conditions of the properties which helped us to make a quick decision between flats according to what was important for us. He is very responsive to emails and always there to solve our doubts. He is keen to help us even when our questions are directed to someone else with a different role, but they have not replied to us. Che is very professional and communicates with us when he has something relevant to say, whether to inform us about a new flat on the market, to convey message from the landlord, or to make sure that we are alright after we have moved to the new place. Again, unlike other agents, he is not imposing himself to us, convincing us to make an offer, or ask about our viewing with other agents. Thus, he is very professional and efficient. Importantly, Che is very polite and friendly, making the property search and moving in process less stressful.

GoogleHaving been searching for a rental property in SW London for over 3 weeks, dealing with Blake was a breath of fresh air. Blake listened to our requirements and matched these up to find us an ideal property as opposed to just sending us a list of everything he had available which was becoming a very common experience from other agencies. We met Blake, who was very articulate, informative and always responded to any follow up queries quickly. He was knowledgeable about the local area, advising us on costs of council tax etc, going above and beyond what we had come to expect from his competitors! If you are looking to rent a flat in the Putney/Wandsworth area look no further!

GoogleI have been very impressed with the staff in the Lettings department. My prospective tenants were unfortunately unable to move into my flat in Putney in January. However Blake was able to find new tenants within two weeks which was very good particularly at this time of year. He kept me updated frequently on progress with viewings & had a very professional approach. Siri was also extremely helpful with the administration side & it was extremely helpful to be able to do all this my email & Docusign. Thank you all for your help.

GoogleBefore choosing Allan Fuller to sell my flat I was seduced by two other agents’ ridiculously inflated price estimates, they both wasted my time and money for 18 stressful months with phantom buyers who ended up evaporating in the haze, leaving me to pick up conveyancing costs. Fullers were pragmatic, sensible and thorough, they simply got the job done. I bought the flat through them 25 years ago and only wish I’d gone straight to them first before being duped by charlatans. Thank you Matthew & Kate.
