Absolutely awful company. As other reviews have said they're incredibly disorganised: missing appointments, failing to know who we were (while tenants of a flat they managed), arranging for work to be done at completely inappropriate times. When they tried to put the rent up 12% less than a year after we moved in I suggested that might be a bit steep and perhaps we should negotiate. They put an eviction notice through the door within 6 hours. I'd avoid at all costs. You'll only regret it.

I was in contact with Tertius North, Senior Lettings Negotiators. She was very pleasant to deal with, understood all of my requirements. I didn't feel hassled, but at the same time Tertius gave me plenty of options to work with. In comparison to other estate agents in Putney, Allan Fuller (and Tertius) had plenty of lettings to offer, good communications and generally gave me a good experience hunting for my next property to let. Would happily use them again.

Very impressed by their professional services but yet you feel very personal not just a number. As a landlord, we went with the fully managed service. They took care of everything. Che managed to find us a suitable tenant less than a week of us giving them a go ahead. He also very quick to help us contacting the tenant when needed. Siri always follow up the paper works and make sure all is covered.

Although quick and efficient to set a tenancy up, once the contract was signed with tenants in the property, the service to both myself as the landlord and the tenants, quickly became painfully slow with a variety of issues remaining outstanding for months. I recently rented a property through Che and I would highly recommend. When I called he went the extra mile to ensure I was the first to view the flat. he then took it off the market immediately when I agreed. He is also took photos of the flat for me and sent a copy of the old inventory to give me an idea of what was included. He really went above and beyond.
