We had Che as our letting agent- he was personable and most importantly, really listened to our needs. GoogleZero stars, really. I found them very unorganised while "helping" me find a suitable property. I feel like if they could care less about your search they probably will. Basic things like no informtion on whats included in tenancy, whats excluded was a bit too much for them to answer. Theyre very happy to take a deposit from the start though. Fancy that! Unbelievable.
