GoogleJust sold our house in Bermondsey through Alex and Matteo and couldn't be happier. After seeing somewhere we wanted to make an offer on, we needed to get our place on the market quickly. These guys managed to get some great photos taken straight away and the house on the market the next day. Within days we had a load of viewings lined up and we managed to get a full asking price offer that weekend! Honestly couldn't have asked for more. GoogleCouldn't recommend Alex & Matteo more highly! We sold our one bed flat in Surrey Quays with Alex & Matteo, with Matteo being our main point of contact. Selling for the first time, they really supported us through the process, giving us advice and helpful info throughout. We were a little nervous to go with an independent estate agent, but as soon as we started the process with Alex & Matteo those concerns were gone completely. Communication was brilliant start to finish, using a Whatsapp group for day-to-day comms, which made things so quick and easy. Matteo even helped with advice on a property we were considering offering on - always going above and beyond. Cannot fault Alex & Matteo in any way. You will always get a really personalised service with these guys. They were incredibly responsive and friendly and most importantly they were never pushy like some other estate agents we met. No question too small and they went out of their way to help us out with the post- sale admin on several occasions. Great value for money and great professional photos. GoogleCheers guys. First met Alex when looking widely or a one-bed in a nice area or estate that had easy transport to work in SE1. He listened asked the right questions which helped me make sense of my own priorities. I became both more realistic and open-minded about what sort of place would meet my needs and make good financial sense which gave my search focus. When I started talking with Matteo he knew everything about my search despite never having spoken to me. I found a place quickly after that and Matteo was faultless as things moved through the solicitors. Both top guys who know what they're doing: people people and property people. I recommended them to an old landlord of mine in E3. She had previously avoided agents like the plague and had me - one of the tenants in the three bed - manage everything for them for reduced rent. When I moved on they tried the same arrangement with another tenant but it ended in tears. I found out she was thinking of selling even though the market wasn't favourable so I put her in touch with Alex and Matteo. She's grateful!
