I had a fantastic experience selling my house with this team. Matteo, Foivos, and Cara were my main points of contact, and they were outstanding throughout the entire process. Their depth of knowledge about the local area is immense, which gave me complete confidence in their advice and strategy. Professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive from start to finish - I couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle my sale. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience buying my flat through this agency. Cara was an absolute star from start to finish. She kept me constantly updated, helped push everything through really quickly with the seller, and made the whole process completely stress-free. So friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. I couldn't recommend her and the team highly enough.

We are local building company who work mainly in the south East London area and we’ve been working with Alex And Matteo for many years now. Both Alex And Matteo and the rest of their team are very well versed in how properties should be handled and how any issues that arise surrounding a property need to be dealt with from a maintenance and compliance perspective. Their Property Management team In particular are very good at navigating any issues that arise and working closely with us to give solutions to their landlords at reasonable cost. We are very happy to be continuing our working relationship. Alfie - A M Dalton Ltd

Many thanks to Cara, Matteo, Foivos, Moin, and the rest of the A&M team! They guided me through a recent flat sale in a professional way. They were always available to answer queries and took a lot of stress out of the whole process. I would definitely recommend A&M!

I recently rented through Alex and Matteo. Renting in London is usually a painful and unpleasant experience. I tried so many agencies and they were mostly terrible. But the quality of the service I received here was outstanding. Alex and Daisy always replied promptly to any enquiries and helped sorting out issues in the flat with great speed. But most of all, the care and honesty they put in their work is something admirable. I absolutely recommend them and I wish them great success - because they absolutely deserve it.

Had a viewing at Hunt Close with my partner and whilst I thought the property looked reasonably good and Will the lettings agent was friendly, it wasn't a helpful viewing. We came from that viewing not knowing much about the landlord or property - I asked quite a few questions and Will was honest and said he didn't know / hadn't done his research. Also found it to be a bit of a red flag saying that the property wouldn't have been deep cleaned before new tenants come to live in the property. Didn't make us feel comfortable making an offer when the lettings agent couldn't give us much information. I give 2 stars for the friendliness & being on time.

The team at Alex and Matteo were great throughout the process of buying my first flat. Good and regular communication and answered all my many questions along the way (big shout out to Cara!). I also liked the fact they were local to South East London and brought that knowledge and commitment to their work. Many thanks!

Alex, Matteo and their team are running the risk of giving estate agents a good name! In difficult circumstances in August 2022, they quickly and efficiently found me a rental property in SE16. A year later they managed the sale of a flat nearby to me. In both cases they were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly at all time. I really cannot recommend them highly enough, and would like to thank especially Foivos and Alex.

My boyfriend and I bought our first flat in Surrey Quays and we are so happy! Alex and Matteo were absolutely amazing, I would like to thank them again! They made sure to keep us updated throughout the whole process and answered promptly to all our queries and concerns. I could not recommend them enough! I would also like to highlight that it was also thanks to Foivos that we bought our beautiful flat! We were very impressed with his professionalism. We saw many flats before going for our current one and hands down Foivos was the best estate agent we came across! Wish you guys all the best! Filipa & Vasco

The team at Alex & Matteo are fantastic! They are not a typical estate agency. They are genuine and human (with everyone i.e. buyers and sellers). I was selling my property and the team were there every step of the way. They treat everyone with respect. They do not put undue pressure tactics and are always solution focused. They know the area really well and have a boutique approach to their work which is refreshing to see. If you are searching for someone who is trustworthy, the team at Alex & Matteo are the ones to go for.

From the outset, the A&M were outstanding. Personable, diligent and always transparent. They fully exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering renting or letting in the area. An amazing company that looks after you from the word ‘go’. We’ve used them twice and both times, they were exceptional
