We sold and bought our new house through Acorn Sydenham, and couldn't be happier with the service we received from Brendan and Yousef. They were always on hand to help us and guide us though the process. They have a wealth of knowledge and offered us a wonderfully professional and helpful service. No task was too small, they confidently negotiated on our behalf to get the best deal and were always looking out for our best interests. We would absolutely use them again have no hesitation in recommending them. We're really thankful they they were there to get us our dream house. Many thanks to Yousef, Brendan and the team.

We didn't end up renting via Acorn in the end as we moved to a slightly different area but after having to deal with most estate agents in Sydenham I've had people not show up despite confirmed appointments, people show up to show me round without keys, and the people showing our place showing up unannounced. It's not been a great experience all round with the exception of any viewings we had with Jack, who was professional , courteous, timely and just listened and understood exactly what we were looking for. He checked in regularly, didn't push us and always kept us up to date, but didn't waste our time showing us unsuitable properties. Making it an easy process deserves the review and we only wish there had been more properties on the market as it would have great to finalise with Jack.

We sold our house over the difficult lockdown period and there were times when it seemed likely that the sale wouldn’t go through. The initial marketing release and open house day was well organised and we agreed an offer the following week. Lockdown happened and the buyer went underground but Brendan remained responsive during the whole period, which I really appreciated.
