I rented and then sold my 1 bedroom apartment through Acorn at Crystal Palace. Throughout each process they proved to be extremely diligent, polite and proactive at all times. My apartment was sold within two weeks of being put on the market. All this was done while I worked abroad, and Laura Brooke who is the Team Leader provided more help, advice, support and guidance than my own solicitor. Laura is outstanding, and were it not for her I would have lost my mind with the games being played by the solicitors. I cannot fault the team in anyway and I certainly feel their fee was worth every penny. I unreservedly recommend and endorse the team at Crystal Palace, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I can’t praise Acorn - specifically Blake and Luke - highly enough. I planned to buy in Crystal Palace and Luke managed my purchase and was proactive and very efficient throughout. The sale fell through because of the lender at the last minute. At this point I decided to rent instead - I was handed over to Blake and had secured a fantastic flat less than week later. Professional and made a highly stressful period less so. Thank you.

He was extremely proactive (yet not pushy!) and had my property rented out before details were even published on the website! Everything was explained very clearly and the service was excellent which was a huge comfort being a first time landlord. Acorn are fully managing the rental of my flat and I feel confident I can put my faith in them to do a great job.

I had an valuation from Yousef, which he provided excellent advice and several strategies to get my property sold within a certain time period. This then followed from with Laura's outstanding service in organising the photos and getting my property onto the market, as I have never done this before. The guys got it under offer within the time period Yousef suggested and had achieved completion within the time agreed at the start of the offer process. I can't thank everyone enough within Acorn at Crystal Palace for their service, and for everything they have done as I now live in my dream home, thank you again.
