Anyone else waiting forever to hear about their deposit. Absolute lies saying had to replace bulb £8, burn mark on tv so cost new TV, cleaning and painting even though place was Immaculate. I've filed my disagreement been waiting weeks and weeks.

He is an excellent representative for X1, and his customer service skills are top-notch. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience with X1 was positive, and I am grateful for his assistance especially in time-critical circumstances. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions promptly and thoroughly.

Do not rent with this company under any circumstances.My 19 year old daughter did. The flat was disgusting and not cleaned when she moved in, with broken furniture which was reported so many times in their portal, a bed that wasn’t fit for a dog to sleep in, and despite this being logged several times also, this was ignored. My daughter and her friend eventually moved out due to health problems caused by the dust of the building being built adjacent. Because they could not open a window or a door. Despite several emails to X1 we have not had a telephone call or any further correspondence. My daughter has just had £600 taken out of her first months wages for all the problems that were logged. Stay totally clear of this company, as we now are instructing a legal team to take this further, not just for the negligence they have caused but for the financial impact this has had on my daughter.

An incredibly shady company with absolutely no thought of anything but profit. Do not move in with this company. Their only good Trustpilot reviews are from their own employees, or landlords (all based overseas!) who are trying to protect their investment. I repeat: do not move in with this company, they only care about your money.

Shoutout to my tenancy care manager Jasmine Syed for always being available to help me with queries and taking care of any requests.I had no problems staying in X1 the Studios in Liverpool. One thing I would love to add is a calling system where a delivery personnel can notify the resident for a delivery in front of the entrance like many other apartments. Apart from that, I had a great stay.

GoogleMs Amy Mossop has always been very helpful to me all throught the purchase of the apartments I bought through x1 Lettings. She correctly understood my preferences and she took utmost care for my demands and she found out the most befitting properties for me. I eventually purchased the properties she recomended and never repented. X1 Lettings are also the best in letting and management business in Liverpool. They would always pick up calls promptly and connect me to the right person without wait. I would certainly recommend them to everyone.

Without a doubt the absolute worst company I have dealt with from start to finish. I will let the ineptitude of this agency speak for itself with the below examples.Previous tenant's name was printed on my first contractTenancy began 4 days late, never answered calls so I had to go to their head office to follow upNo key to access my post. Chased twice and never received followup so I just used a fork the whole time. Spare key and pass was posted in letterboxFront light didn't work from beginning of tenancy. Added on inventory, never addressedParking space was requested April (£75/mo), informed it would be 4 weeks (ish), never followed upIllegal inspection of fire door Wednesday 30th November (no prior notice)Complex-wide fire alarm triggered during summer 2022. Personal alarm not rigged to central system, fire brigade had to knock on people's doors to evacuate.Valuable post has been stolen from mail room twiceDryers in washing room (over £5 for a wash and dry!) not working on several occasions, no notice stating out of orderDecember visited for inspection, no prior notice even via email, chased 5 times to provide any evidence that they gave noticeOne lift you couldn't press the button for ground floor, not fixed for 1 month+During a storm, light fixture leaking water on -1 floor, not fixed for 1 month+Incomplete leaver email sent literally 2 hours before I vacated

X1 SALES AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Purchased a new build apartment in Manchester in 2021, once the deposit was paid the sales and their solicitors disappeared uncontactable for the most part of 2022, the property is meant to be built q4 2023 (covid delayed it by 1 year was meant to be q4 2022) they still haven't even started the project. My solicitors cant get a answer from X1 Direct or their representatives.Do not fall for the charm of the sales once the deposit is paid they wont bother with you again.
