GoogleAbysmal lettings company. We were due to move in late July and we were only told on the day of the move that actually it wasn’t ready for another 2 weeks. On the second move in day we arrived to collect the keys and were told that it would be ready for another 6 hours. The flat was ok, quite small but acceptable. However, the appliances were falling apart, the microwave had exposed metal and regularly sparked up and the lightbulbs dropped like flies. Even after notifying x1 of all these issues months ago, now that we’ve moved out they have tried to charge us for all these faults. 100% AVOID!!!

GoogleIncompetent and unprofessional. The boiler in our flat was reported faulty in February, and not a single thing has been done about it. We're in July now, and regarding our efforts to contact X1, there has been no update regarding our issue. It seemed to cause issues with our electricity usage and thus enormously high bills. Again, we reported it and have not heard back. It's not the first time the office struggles with communication. Before traveling to Liverpool to move into the flat we were assured it had been checked and cleaned and is ready for us to move in. After our arrival, the office was surprised we were there and claimed our move-in date was different. It turned out that we were told a lie, as the flat was neither cleaned nor checked after the previous tenants and we had to do it ourselves as we had nowhere else to go. I definitely do not recommend it, it is not worth all the nerves it cost.
