I have just come here to say don’t trust all of the fake 5 star reviews below, they all follow the exact same format and are clearly being written internally. I have been in a building group of over 200 people for three years and trust me, the residents despise this company. Please don’t waste your time and money on these incompetent people.

GoogleI’m a contractor who has worked on and off for X1 over the last 8 years. Nothing is ever too much for Steph and she always gets stuck in and has helped me with some heavy furniture at times. I feel a review to highlight her work is the least I can do. Thanks for always making my job easier

Moved in x1 courtyard and found a faulty heater, broken shades, broken bath tap, broken oven, dirty air filters which now even after a month of following up with X1 is not repaired. These all should have been repaired prior to moving in. Extremely infuriating and frustrating
