Recently moved into our family home managed by X1 lettings. Cannot fault them at all. The house is gorgeous, my emails are replied to quickly without fail, if there are any issues such as repairs they are so quick to arrange maintenance visits. My radiator broke and I emailed to let them know, expecting it to be fixed, but a brand new replacement has been sorted. Very impressed and would highly recommend them to anybody. I lived in the X1 accommodations for 2 years in Liverpool doing my degree in uni, and i have to say that it was a great experience, the room for a studio was quite spacious and comfortable. The staff was very understanding during lockdown when a family member was visiting from abroad and when i was a bit behind on my rent cause of some banking delays and and to let them know. When my tenancy was about to end and had no time to deliver the keys in time cause i was cleaning, the staff allowed me to keep the keys for one more day with no extra charge. I also got my full deposit back with no issues or delays. If i ever move back to Liverpool i will want to stay at an X1 accommodations again for sure.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

ORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING

Orrible, they scam you out of your money at the end of the tenancy with issues present before you arrived. They tried to take my money to clean an apartment they did not clean themselves when I entered the apartment, and the place was clean when I left. Repairs take months to happen or worse never happen.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

A completely useless company. 3 weeks from signing our application forms they still didn't not keep us updated or informed on what was going on. On top of that you never get anything done over email/phone. The people who answer the phone have no idea about what the company is doing. The managers are never available nor respond to emails. 0/10

🚩🚩🚩 AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 🚩🚩🚩 These are the absolute worst lettings agency in Liverpool. Very rude, rigid, and arrogant attitude from the tenancy manager, Jennaya, and the most unprofessional I have ever seen. They will make you regret the day you signed that tenancy agreement with them.
