Terrible experience. X1 The Edge Liverpool. We had email confirmation from Erica that my daughter could check in today 14th Sept. No one here to give her keys. Sales office closed. Calls all diverted to Manchester who refuse to help. Where a she supposed to sleep until Monday when office reopens. Absolutely disgusting service

I moved here by signing a contract online, Harrison showed me the apartment on camera and everything was the same as in the video I received earlier, the building is clean, the apartment was also very clean and modern, everything works as it should, the people who live in building X1 are very nice and X1 responds to every inquiry.I highly recommend this agency, especially after bad experiences!

GoogleShocking company to deal with I had a complaint about paying £100 a month to park and still got fined £100 a day for 9 Days because X1 did not give us a parking floor plan was told to write an Email to the customer service manger which I have now sent 35 times and they still have not had the decency to send 1 reply ,they clearly don’t care about there tenants and are only interested In getting as much money as possible from you!

GoogleI rented a studio flat for one year. I didn’t renew my contract as there was many faults in my room, and three months later i’m still waiting for a response for my deposit money! Been completely unprofessional as i have emailed and called so many times and i am exhausted. I am a student also working full time and this whole experience has been awful. DPS is still waiting for a response from X1, the lack of communication throughout my time in X1 has been absolutely appalling. The only good thing to come out of staying in X1 was one of the security guards at night, he was lovely. I told him everything wrong with my flat and how hard it is to contact X1 about problems and he said that every tenant says the same thing and he even agreed it’s an awful company. Please don’t give your hard earned money to these people. And if X1 have the decency to respond to this review, please respond to my emails as i want my money back.
