One Baltic Square Unit B208 Following your reply to our review, which of course is twisting the facts to your convenience, I want to reiterate the following:You with your paper company Nexus, breached the contract as didnt complete the project in December 2021 as per the contract and never agreed a revised date with the buyers of this project, are you going to deny it?Until mid-December 2023 your representative Thomas didn't know the completion date, we have copy of his email, stop lying. We employed the best buy to let mortgage broker in UK, Dynamo, and they struggled to get us a mortgage because the project was in the black list for the majority of the lenders, however there was only one, Kensignton Mortgages that provided us with a decission in principle but declined their offer due to the project being heavily investor led not our fault, but obviously you didnt disclose this information beforehand!We secured a mortgage with the lender recomended by you, Molo, but strangely they took twice the normal time to review and approve our offer....what a coincidency as this delay allowed you to cancel our contract!! Open your eyes we have proof of everything check our facebook page called "RW Invest Victims" you can also share similar experiences.

Phoebe & Sean have been very personable, responsive & helpful throughout the process. We did feel, though, that they rushed us somewhat & encouraged us not to do our due diligence as we progressed through the exchange, despite knowing that we are not experienced investors. I appreciate agency work is commission based, but these are not trivial sums of money! All in all, a good experience.

Have recently completed on our first off plan purchase in Liverpool. We have found RW Invest to be excellent at communicating on the progress of the development over the past 3 years, with all the problems caused by Covid.
