Spotted a property that I really liked to buy as an owner occupier and rang them up to enquire. They said all had been sold yet nearly a dozen adverts remained. A few days later one got reduced so I rang again and they said they were not sure why this had happened. Yet I had someone ring on a different number pretending to be an investor and they wanted to send info packs out. I had another person ring up as an owner occupier after that and they said the flat in question that had been reduced, had been reserved that morning but it was 20 minutes after I had rang up. So blatant lies from the company who seem to have a problem with owner occupiers yet advertising they welcome them. Really unhelpful.

Caveat Emptor, in a very large way!Having had to deal with RW Invest for the last 3+ years, I can safely say this is the most frustrating experience as a customer/investor I have ever, ever encountered. If I could wind back the clock to 2020 I would never, ever have taken the step of investing with RW Invest.I have taken two major issues in stride, firstly the delays in completion which have extended way beyond the promised completion date of 2021, and secondly the bankruptcy of the management company which meant that the promised 7% guaranteed return for 3 years was in fact not guaranteed as promised. So in fact no yield guarantee at all, and I would advise anyone foolish enough to “invest” with RW Invest to ignore any promise of guaranteed yield as it is unlikely to materialize.But the straw that has broken this camel’s back has been the incredibly frustrating follow-through with RW Invest post-completion of my unit. I was given a snagging list by my rental management agent (who have been superb by the way) back in August 2023 for the fully completed unit, which is now thankfully tenanted. However after 3 months now of back and forth with RW Invest, specifically with GC et al from RW Invest, not a single one of the snagging issues has been resolved.Of course GC et al and RW Invest blame their contractors, but RW employ their contractors (i.e. pay them!) so ultimately RW Invest are responsible for the lack of ANY resolution of the snagging issues. Not a single issue has been resolved, including ones as simple and straightforward as putting railings inside wardrobes to hang clothes!Even more frustrating is that emails to RW and to GC et al just get ignored. Phone calls go unanswered. And this is not just for days or weeks. This is months.By the way Trustpilot, I do have all of this documented, including the long email trails of me trying to get RW to resolve these outstanding issues since August 2023. So if there are any objections from RW Invest then please let me know and I am happy to provide all the proof necessary to show I am simply sharing my experience of dealing with RW.In conclusion, avoid RW Invest, the returns are really not worth the heartaches/headaches and overall run-arounds.

GoogleZero stars really.They lie and get you to sign contracts in a hurry, saying mortgage shouldnt be an issue and when you cannot secure a mortgage because of valuation, they keep all your deposits. Even when you tell them with enough time before completion to sell on they bully you into keep trying for mortgage knowing very well what they are doing Even if it's your life time savings including your funeral funds!!! Please beware I was mugged by them.
