GoogleFrom start to finish both Rachel and Alexio were on point. Polite, professional, proactive and patient the puchasing of my apartment from inception to completion was as smooth as silk thanks to these two. My only regret was not enlisting RW earlier in my purchasing process! I would happily do more buiness with these guys when the opportunity arises, which could be soon!

Adam helped me to chasing the solicitors.Whenever I needed help he offered.The buying process was very long and not very pleasant for me at the beginning specialy with the first 2 agents. But when Adam comes he helped a lot. And we could finish the process

Very attentive, customer focussed, agents. Friendly, helpful and supportive. So far so good. Hopefully they can keep up the good service - just about 2 years to completion so it’s a bit of a long haul but we’ve been told what to expect and I feel confident that things will progress well as the building work is carried out. Looking forward to a site visit soon!

I had a great experience from the start to the end. I was dealing with Andrew initially - who was always available out of hours, weekends to answer my queries. After I made a decision, I communicated with Rachael from the Client care team, who was swift to respond be it by email or phone calls.
