RW Invest made me confident throughout my investment process

I found RW Invest on the web while I was doing my own research. It turned out that it is a well established company helping investors to make the best possible investment. As an overseas investor, I have been thankful for their support over the course of the process especially for Hamid and Chloe, they are the best. I had been constantly in contact with them, reaching out almost whenever I was available before I purchased my flat in Liverpool. I appreciate all the effort and work from those guys.

Great update re our Investment

Met with our CR Manager to get an update about the market development in the last two years for buy to let situations. Discussed the implications for our investment and then went for a site visit. This was extremely useful because he made it possible to also see our flat. During our tour of the neighbourhood we were also shown completed and planned projects we were as a proxy for the overall quality of the company and their business partner. Very useful and satisfying visit.

I've been wanting to buy a property in Manchester for a little over a year, and the proposal presented by RW, despite being the most expensive, was the one I chose. however there is a detail in the project that I didn't initially notice and I think it could be better. the building has a single elevator and I think this could be a problem if it breaks down or at peak times to go up or down to the 14th floor.

I recently purchased my first BTL property through RW Invest and i have to say that the process from start to finish was handled in the most professional way. Joffe Bradley helped me find this property which ticked all the right boxes as per my criteria. Once the offer had been accepted Chloe Walker took care of all my requirements, from co-ordinating with both sides of solicitors and keeping me updated on status of the property on regular basis. She would share latest images of the project and provide all development updates regularly. She made the whole process so easy for me as a first time buyer. Highly recommended!

We were looking for investment property in Liverpool and found RW Invest. Harry Thomas was our contact and we met him on a visit to Liverpool at the RW Invest offices right in the middle of Liverpool. The offices were fabulous, buzzing with energy from the whole team and in particular Harry. He showed the the "in-house" mock ups of the student accommodation and other apartments which were superb and helped enormously in choosing an "off plan" investment. We could not have been better looked after and Harry knew the answer to every single question we asked and believe me there were dozens! His knowledge, amiable yet utterly professional manner and energy and enthusiasm left us in no doubt that we wanted to go ahead with a couple of "off plan" investments. The meeting with Harry, the visit to the various sites of developments and the absolute polish of this clearly, brilliantly led company left us in no doubt as to our choice! Highly recommend this company.
