TrustpilotThe One Baltic Square (OBS) development…
The One Baltic Square (OBS) development is designed for investors who can afford to buy with cash. However, it was mis-sold to individuals that they could get mortgage. It is true that RW invest could arrange mortgages for buyers but that comes with enormous fee plus much higher interest rates. Also, the promised assured rental income was not honoured. The furniture package we were forced to buy so that we will be eligible for assured rent is meaningless because assured rental is not honoured. The original list of furniture pacakge has been downgraded - They argued they could do this within the law, but for a company that has 4.7 out of 5, it is an immoral thing to do.

Thanks in particular to Tayla Roberts for her professionalism, prompt replies to any queries plus her general friendliness and willingness to help out as best she could even when we were asking questions that were only peripherally related to RW Invest's part in the property-buying process. Highly recommend, particularly to those looking to invest from abroad.

A fantastic experience from start to finish.Our initial contact with Ben (sales team) was brilliant, he has great knowledge of the project, development location and the investment opportunity. He has been in constant contact and consistently goes over and above to support the customs needs. GoogleMy partner and I have recently invested in a property to let for the very first time. We have experienced a few challenges along the way but Caroline Seddon at RW Invest has been absolutely amazing, her help and support has been second to none and she resolved so many issues, concerns and answered many questions that we had. She responds to any phone calls and emails even if she does not have the answers there and then she will always get back to you when she has the information. To this day Caroline is still there to offer her support to the both of us for which we are both very grateful. Caroline is an absolute asset to RW Invest and I would highly recommend this company to anyone due to the support and help that we have received from Caroline. Well done Caroline, keep up the good work you are an absolute star!!!!
