Most satisfying and a very pleasant experience with RW Invest! Right from the first call taken by Dennis Boateng, I was reassured that even as the first-time property investor I am in safe and expert hands. Dennis assisted through the process of finding a suitable property. I appreciate Dennis for providing me an excellent professional and transparent service considering my personal needs. On reservation of property, Tayla Roberts came in and did an incredible job in guiding me through the process liaising with lawyers up to exchange of contract. Tayla was always on hand to answer questions and willing to assist in a professional and polite manner. Even when Tayla was on holiday, her manager Daniel Stewart called and kept me updated. As a customer, I feel fully satisfied as Tayla kept me informed with regular calls and emails. I was impressed to receive Tayla’s call to let me know the next step that my case would be handed over to Post-sales Team, and still willing to be available when needed. I now expect similar nice experience with post-sale. Great experience of dealing with RW team. I would definitely use RW again and highly recommend them as true professionals. Parliament Square Development Baltic Triangle

In 2021 I bought off plan a 1BR Apartment at Parliament Square Development in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle through RW Invest.As the bloc with my apartment is nearing completion end of this year I requested a visit to the building site to reassure myself about progress with my own eyes. ( I have received regular updates from RW by E-mail with photos and drone shots.)We were welcomed by Daniel Chapman at the agreed time. Not only did he come prepared with wellingtons and hard hats, he also had asked a construction supervisor to join us for the first part of our tour. Daniel gave us his full attention and enthusiastically showed us round the whole development of Parliament Square. He was able to answer all our questions.After visiting “our block” he showed us round block C and the cinema there plus the spa and pool area which are all very impressive common areas finished to a very high standard. Daniel even made it possible for us to speak to Rebecca at Legacie Lettings so we could understand better the process of letting our flat as soon as it is finished.All in all Daniel could not have done more for us. He impressed us with his professionalism and willingness to dedicate so much time to us and to share with us his pride in this outstanding development at Parliament Square. Thank you very much Daniel!

My property sale was handled by 2 competent individuals (Ben Fisher and Chloe Walker) I was very fortunate to have received a call from Ben, when I was in the process of exchanging contracts with a different competitor. It was because of Ben’s unique approach, I decided to cancel the existing deal and secure a deal with R W Invest. He is excellent at what he does. A true salesman who deserves recognition for his professionalism and amazing approach towards his clients. The transition to the lady that took over my account was seamless. Chloe was beyond fantastic - prompt, courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Chloe would always go above and beyond. A delightful young lady who would always answer my questions even out side of work hours. It’s because of theses guys I would highly recommend this company from my own personal experience.

I purchased the apartment whose construction is not yet finished, and I asked to visit it. I determined whether the representatives of the company were Daniel Chapma and another representative whose name I unfortunately do not remember. Both of them arrived with a smile on their face, they took me to a comprehensive tour starting at the construction site and then the main building so that I could get an impression of it and its facilities. The representatives of the company answered my questions, and in matters where they had no answers (regarding management fees, for example), they promised to get back to me.The positive feeling also stems from the fact that, as far as the company is concerned, the deal was over a long time ago, yet they acted as if the deal was still ahead of them.

Where is my money? After 3 years I have still not received any rental income! There is very minimal communication from the developer or RW. The only time contact is made by them, is to say they cannot make any payments. On top of that, the solicitor, recommended by RW, has ceased trading and I was not informed. New investors beware! When they tell you the income is guaranteed, it is not necessarily guaranteed, especially during this current COVID pandemic. My review 3 years ago, before they had my money: It is my first investment. I have been in contact with Emma Netherton. The transaction was smooth and their response were timely and professional. Highly recommended.

First rate support and service! I was looking for a couple of buy to let properties in Liverpool and was working through multiple developers pitching to me. RW Invest were clear and honest from the start and made the whole process of identifying my preferred properties all the easier. I then worked with Daniel Stewart who made the process of securing the units through to exchange seamless and very easy. Especially with the unprecedented times of lockdown, he could not do enough to not only accommodate restrictions but also assist in getting the deal over the line to exchange. We have invested in an apartment in Liverpool through RW Invest . It's an under construction property and will be completed next year. RW have been brilliant with the whole process right from sale to the exchange of the contract. Rachael has been brilliant with exchange process and has always been on top of it with regular updates, feedback snd very polite, gentle reminders for filling out forms etc. He demeanour has been very friendly and warm. I am a first time property investor who invested in an off plan development in the Liverpool area (City Residence). My initial contact was with Esther who from day one provided exceptional service! She would always respond to all my questions in a timely manner and had the patience of a saint! She treated me like an individual and not just a number. Although it took me quite a while to “conjure” up the deposit, RW Invest didn’t ever apply any undue pressure so long as I provided them with regular updates. Tayla in the Client Care team has helped ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. She coordinated discussions with the Solicitors and helped manage both mine and their expectations throughout the entire process. Tayla was extremely helpful and understanding, even when I informed her that the deposit transfer would take longer than the time allowed. Tayla was very professional and made me feel at ease at all times. She was always on the other end of the line to help with any queries and kept me in the loop throughout until exchange. I would like to say a huge thanks to both Esther and Tayla for the fantastic service provided; they are an asset to RW Invest who made my experience dealing with the organisation a very positive one and would have no hesitations recommending to my friends and family. Regular updates, not pushy at all with the sales and incredibly professional. Rocky at times but solid overall

We purchased an off plan property in Liverpool 4 years ago, which is just due to complete next week. The delays were partially due to covid, and partially due to the development changing hands. This transition was the rocky stage, where we found it unclear what was happening and difficult to get straight answers. However, we did accept that there would likely be rocky patches like this with buying a property off plan.However, now that we’ve seen the flat we’re absolutely delighted. The place looked fantastic, really good quality for the investment we made and we now feel strongly we made the correct decision.There have been a few people involved in the experience, but the standout for us was Daniel Chapman who regularly answered our questions promptly and showed us around the apartment when it was finished.I’ve knocked off 1 star just for the reduced communication frequency during the transition stage, but I do accept that things were chaotic around covid which may have been the reason.
