We recently got to see the flats we are buying at Parliament Square in Liverpool. We signed up for them off plan in 2019 when they were just a patch of bare earth so when COVID hit in 2020 we were somewhat anxious as to whether they would still get built when the world seemed to shut down. However construction continued and we got regular emails with pictures of the progress which was very reassuring although progress was understandably delayed. So we were excited to be able to go and see them last Tuesday and we were not disappointed. The ground floor was still very much a construction site but as soon as got out the lift on the 7th floor everything was pristine. When we entered our flats the furniture and appliances were even in place and electricity and water all working. The flats look brilliant and the quality of finish and materials looks great. We then got to see the top floor where the gym, sauna, lounge and spa are under construction . The view from up there is amazing and the giant jacuzzi/pool will be a great space to relax in and the gym will have the best views in Liverpool. Thanks to Peter for organising the visit and his colleagues Gary and Danny who helped show us round. They were all extremely friendly and helpful so we really couldn't fault the experience.

We have purchased 2 properties off-plan with RW Invest acting as our selling agents. We have been pleased with the response rates and attentiveness from RW Invest (from Esther, Rachael, Gary, Craig and others in the team). They all take a genuine interest in resolving any outstanding concerns or queries and, even when passed on to the lawyers, RW Invest stayed in touch to ensure the deal went through to completion (particularly Rachael and Esther). We feel assured by this high standard of customer care and we have worked with RW Invest again as a result. They also have a good sense of humour and put up with the many somewhat daft questions we have asked! Highly recommend.

Most satisfying and a very pleasant experience with RW Invest! Right from the first call taken by Dennis Boateng, I was reassured that even as the first-time property investor I am in safe and expert hands. Dennis assisted through the process of finding a suitable property. I appreciate Dennis for providing me an excellent professional and transparent service considering my personal needs. On reservation of property, Tayla Roberts came in and did an incredible job in guiding me through the process liaising with lawyers up to exchange of contract. Tayla was always on hand to answer questions and willing to assist in a professional and polite manner. Even when Tayla was on holiday, her manager Daniel Stewart called and kept me updated. As a customer, I feel fully satisfied as Tayla kept me informed with regular calls and emails. I was impressed to receive Tayla’s call to let me know the next step that my case would be handed over to Post-sales Team, and still willing to be available when needed. I now expect similar nice experience with post-sale. Great experience of dealing with RW team. I would definitely use RW again and highly recommend them as true professionals. From me yes, they deserve 5-star. Keep up your good work, please.

Before I made contact with RW Invest I had a frustrating few months using estate agents to find an investment property, who were mostly uncommunicative and unhelpful. In contrast, from the first time I contacted RW Invest the service that I recieved was outstanding. Ben Fisher introduced me to the property on a Zoom with lots of screen sharing and talking me through all the figures etc. Then my girlfriend I were invited to Liverpool to view the property that I was interested in. Nick Nolan showed us inside and around the property itself as well as driving us around Liverpool, passionately describing the sites of the city that I would be investing in. Then we had coffee in the office. Nick had answers to all our many questions and patiently went over details again that we were unsure about. He encouraged us to take as long as we needed to make our decision. He spent most of the afternoon with us. Chloe Walker was my client care contact, who helped me through processing of the contract pack and coordination with the solicitors etc. She was very helpful and personable, communicating efficiently with fast responses to emails etc. Ben was also available to answer any more lengthy questions about the contract etc and he always had all the answers that I needed. I am very grateful for the excellent service that Nick, Ben and Chloe provided. The buying went very smoothly and I felt supported and reassured throughout the process. I would definitely use RW Invest again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful service by Daniel and Tayla. They made my move so seamless and were so flexible with working with me to handle my move in even from a distance away. Both are Polite and friendly and explained all aspects applicable to me in a clear and "non-pushy" way. Listened to me and was attentive to my needs and felt like he had a genuine interest in myself and my property. Throughout the process of viewing the property, Daniel was excellent. I want to thank Chloe Walker for helping me with my 1st investment through RW! Initially I was daunting by the whole process as I’d never bought from plan, but that all soon changed. There was always Chloe at the end of the phone line. She was friendly and very helpfull. No question was too small. Simply amazing, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. I’m so happy to have invested with RW invest as the team is great; they are quick to reply to any concerns you have and are very helpful. Yesterday We went to view the property and Danny and Lewis were great hosts they even went an extra mile and dropped us off at our building making us feel more welcome. Fantastic support both pre and post sale

This was my first investment with RW invest, and I found the team to be very helpful in finding the best deal which suited my needs/budget and easing any concerns. The solicitors suggested to use by RW invest (Prosperity Law) interface seamlessly and I would recommend using them (price was also very reasonable and the service quality was high). Interestingly I read some reviews suggesting the opposite pre investment, but it was certainly not my experience. What has been great, is that even after exchange, the information flow has been great, receiving frequent updates and even newsletters showing progress of the development and emails/calls checking in to ensure I have everything I need. Cant recommend RV invest highly enough, and would certainly use them again. Special mention to Ruairi who managed the sales and Lewis who is managing the after care.

Ok, so i have now been through the whole cycle.Tbh I wish i had put the phone down on the first call i had.The property was over a year late and it seemed as time went by all the cards were stacked against me.It felt like i was a small fish swimming with sharks, I felt my inexperience of dealing with property development worked against me and as I say I wish i had not got involved.I would sing the praise of Tom Southern, who had me questioning and moaning at every stage. We have know completed, but it felt like a super struggle , full of hassle and disappointments.It certainly feels like a normal family like us, should have left this type of buy off plan investment to the professionals.We were excited when we started our journey (see my earlier posts) but it ended up feeling like a trip to the dentist!

20 months into paying a deposit and the…

20 months into paying a deposit and the first 15% payments of the property...........construction was not started and requested the funds to be returned or if possible to re invest into an active development. Not returned the funds and still owed in the region of 50000GBP. I would not recommend this company for investing.RW invest have responded below but for anyone that would like proof of their very poor service including the facts that the development did not start on the correct date and the fact I am still owed 50000GBP which I am having to get back via solicitors. Avoid this business. When I receive my money back, I will remove the bad review its pretty simple.
