I dealt with Aaron Serrao who understood my investment requirements well. He found me the property, kept me up to date with the development and answering my questions.
Then, Thomas Southern and Lewis McKibbin well arranged us a completion site visit. Lewis McKibbin showed us around our finished apartment and the facilities available in the development. He also briefed us the surrounding developments since it was our first property investment in Liverpool.
Lewis was a polite gentlemen. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all questions that we had. Our overall experience with RW Invest has been positive from the start. I would definitely look to them again for another property.

From the moment Rowena rang me her service was faultless. She is a very helpful and honest person and is an asset to her company.
She went above and beyond her role to ensure all my questions were answered, even outside her usual office hours. As someone who has worked in a similar role I can appreciate how important it is to look after people and Rowena does this with passion and sincerity.
I was then handed over to Charlotte to take me through to completion.
Again Charlotte was very helpful and polite and put me at ease with the whole process.

GoogleThanks to Gary from RW Invest in showing me and my mother around today at the OBS site.
Due to the delays from the various pandemic impacts and Suez Canal it was great to be able to go and see the progress on my units as well as the completed ones - all are looking great.
The team on site from Paul to Phil and reception team as well as the builders around - all super friendly and welcoming even though we were disturbing their work.
Looking forward to seeing all the area finished and know it will be a great location for people to move in to in due course

I was then passed onto Chloe Walker to deal with the actual purchase process. Chloe was really helpful and again answered all queries I had. The journey started with my initial deposit for a 4-bedroom property, which unfortunately didn't work out due to associated government charges which I wasn't aware of and prepared for. However, I was impressed by how RW Invest handled the situation.
They prioritized my interests and ensured I didn't lose money by promptly offering me an alternative, more affordable property. This level of transparency and genuine concern for my investment's security impressed me.
I enjoyed working with Chloe, the Associate Client Care Manager, throughout the process. Chloe's outstanding commitment to customer service was evident from the first interaction. Chloe was incredibly responsive and consistently kept me informed at every transaction stage, paying attention to detail and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that all the necessary documents were promptly delivered and accurately signed.
Chloe was always available to provide guidance and support, with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach that made the process smooth. I would also like to commend RW Invest for their perseverance in finding the right solicitor to handle the transaction. Although we went through two solicitors who couldn't meet my expectations, RW Invest didn't give up and eventually connected me with a third solicitor who was an absolute delight to work with. Their expertise and efficiency contributed greatly to a stress-free exchange process.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service I received from RW Invest and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in real estate in the UK. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, transparent communication, and ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances truly makes them a joy to work with.
For the exceptional service provided by Chloe and the entire team at RW Invest, I have no hesitation in awarding them a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Terrible customer services - I was a few days late completing due to a delay by my solicitors and was told I was in breach of contract and therefore would not be able to potentially complete. RW invest stated that my flat would be forfeited and that the thousands of pounds I had invested as a down payment for the flat would be kept by the developer. This is after the developer failed to complete the flats in 2022 - it took them 6 years to build and I have as yet not seen a return on any of the money invested. Avoid investing through RW Invest at all costs

ONE BALTIC SQUARE - LIVERPOOLWe trusted this company and in 2019 bought a flat in this project in Block B (B208) and paid circa of £50k deposit, we waited more than 2 years for our unit to be completed by Nexus (their parent company) and as we were few weeks late with our mortgage, they rescinded our contract, forfeited our deposit and are reselling our unit.The completion date in the agreement was December 2021, and they never issued us a Deed of Variation to agree a new completion date. In December last year we asked about this date, but they didn’t confirm, however in January this year they (RW/Nexus) issued us with a completion notice giving us less than 3 weeks to complete our mortgage. We had a decision in principle, but after the valuation the lender declined due to the project being heavily investor led, immediately advised RW of this and requested extension of time to apply for another one, but they didn’t extend it. We submitted an application to the lender that they recommended, but as were not able to secure it within their timeframe (couple of weeks later), they cancelled our contract and took our deposit, as mentioned earlier. They have used the same strategy to do the same to other buyers, check RW website reviews.Before this, we inspected the property and challenged the practical completion, as there was no safe access, but they ignored it; also offered a cash upfront payment and interest on the moneys owed to allow us to complete the purchase, but they rejected our offer and instead recommended us to take legal action, as they know that this is a costly process. With this action they are maximising their profit on our unit. We bought our flat for £138k and there are advertising similar units on their website with prices starting from £170k.We are escalating this with the relevant regulatory bodies to address our case and avoid that they do the same to other buyers, as we know is happening in this project and has happened to other people in the past.Stay away from these guys to protect your money and avoid this pain!!

Our Post-Payment team began contacting clients, including you. Heather first reached out on September 1, 2023, advising you to prepare your completion funds and update us on your chosen completion method. You acknowledged this and confirmed you had an approved mortgage.2. Updates and Acknowledgments: A construction update on September 18, 2023, reiterated the estimated December completion, which you also acknowledged. Thomas officially communicated the Practical Completion update on October 12, 2023.3. Reminders and Resources: Thomas reminded you on November 13, 2023, about the approaching completion. This message included a link to the One Baltic Square Completion Hub, providing site visuals, broker support, and FAQs. The importance of adhering to completion deadlines and staying in touch with your legal representative was emphasized. A similar message was sent on November 17, 2023, which you acknowledged, noting an estimated completion date of December/January.4. Legal and Support Contacts: While you had outstanding queries with your legal representative, Thomas and Gary also reached out on your behalf to support you. Throughout December, multiple reminders and phone calls were made to ensure you were supported.5. Valuation and Completion Delay: Despite Thomas's initial completion update on October 12, 2023, you did not request access for a surveyor valuation until January 5, 2024. On January 11, 2024, Thomas confirmed completion had been announced and discussed the next steps. A viewing was arranged, and you expressed satisfaction with the project's quality.6. Mortgage Issues and Developer's Leniency: You contacted Thomas on January 19, 2024, seeking lending support. Thomas shared the completion hub page again, detailing broker options. By this stage, without a mortgage in place and with the developer’s Practical Completion notice served, you were overdue and in breach of your contract terms.7. Final Notices and Additional Time: Your mortgage offer was shared on March 1, 2024, after the official Practical Completion notice had given you 14 working days to complete.
