Please take your time to read the bad reviews, Ignore the good ones. RW invest try to pressurise the buyers with constant emails to write a good trust pilot review as soon as you have paid your deposit when everything has been smooth so they can get plenty of 5 stars reviews BEFORE people have issues. Fortunately I did not do this and waited until completion. RW invest is a complete waste of time. Their properties are NOT under market value! We had to complete in cash do to valuers not agreeing that the flat was worth the supposed value. Despite apparent "capital appreciation" we have been trying for almost 2 years to get a mortgage as all companies we have applied with all STILL under value the property. Do NOT buy in Liverpool, there are too many new builds causing the properties to be undervalued as supply is out weighing the demand. The builders/management company "Legacie", are terrible to deal with, they are unhelpful and do not get back to you.Do NOT use their recommended solicitors (Prosperity Law), they may be much cheaper but please trust me, pay the extra and use proper solicitors that are working for you. They are the worst solicitors I have ever had to deal with and did not put us first. I picked up several breaches of contract by Legacie and instead of working for us and taking these up with Legacie they tried to convince me to ignore them.Please Please Please think VERY carefully before dealing with this company and their associated companies. Read ALL negative reviews. I'm confident you will find our experience is not a one off.*To follow up from RW-Invests reply, I did not put my full name on this review so either RW Invests are posting a generic reply or they recognise the terrible service and experience we have had, therefore my review DOES reflect an accurate representation.If RW-Invest truly believe they sold us a property at below market value AND it has gained capital appreciation over the past 2 years then they are more then welcome to buy the flat back from us at the SAME purchase price 2 years ago. Guaranteed profit for them! They wont... why? Just search on Right Move for 1 bedroom flats in the Baltic Triangle in Liverpool. At time of writing there are plenty available for under £140k (which is what we paid). You will also see lots available from RW-Invest around which have been recently reduced.Again... please dont just take my word on it. Read all other negative reviews!
Dear Gary,Thank you for your feedback, however we must stress that the feedback you have left does not present an accurate reflection of the service you have received, and contains several inaccuracies.You purchased the property during the off-plan phase of the developments construction and therefore did in fact include a discount to purchase the unit at below market value. Furthermore, the property has benefitted from capital appreciation as a result of market growth during the remainder of the properties construction.We have a large number of clients within the same development who have completed via a mortgage at the value the properties were purchased for. All mortgages are subject to valuation and each different lender / valuer will have their own criteria when conducting valuations. Our understanding is that even after completion, our Post-Exchange department are still in regular communication with you and although RWinvest as the Sales and Marketing agent are not responsible for assisting in securing lending for you, we are liaising with you to provide any and all assistance that we possibly can in this regard. Similarly, Prosperity Law have executed a number of exchanges and completions on more than 100 apartments within the same development, both with mortgages and cash completions and no issues were encountered throughout the process. Whilst it is regrettable that you were unhappy with the service received by the law firm in question, any such issues could not have been foreseen from the outset and do not represent the service which they generally provide.We understand you are still in communication with our Post-Exchange team and would urge you to continue to work with them in order to resolve any matters currently outstanding. Difficult company who had disregard for client data.I registered interest in a development some years ago, but didn’t pursue any investment. They started spam mailing me about other investments and I asked to be removed from their systems.3 months ago, I receive threatening messages from a water company saying I owed them money on a property I didn’t own and never had anything to with. After hours of digging I found out that rw invest had passed on my details in error to this company by mixing up my details with someone else’s.This was escalated to their directors and apologies made, but no offer of anything to make good for the pain.Today I receive an email which has gone to a whole host of email addresses similar to mine seeking a followup to a property.Edit: 3 AprilAfter a detailed investigation, RW accepted a series of failures and appear to have taken the misuse of data seriously - I understand they are tightening up processes and controls to ensure this doesn’t happen again. The way they have handled this over the past 2-3 weeks has been very professional.

GoogleDaniel Chapman has been an absolute star in the whole resale process. He has been very responsive in replying to emails and kept me informed every step of the way. The resale process was very stressful due to the very tight deadline, but he has made it so much better with contracts being exchanged within a few weeks (that's absolutely amazing!).
