Nothing was too much trouble and he also showed us round a fully finished apartment so we could see what the apartment would look like when fully finished.

Excellent experience! RW Invest lived to their reputation. I am a first-time investor in off-plan property, but RW Invest dealt with the whole process so nicely and efficiently that I have no concerns. Good to see that I was informed throughout and never left alone or worried about what’s happening. Exchange of contract and completion and the offhand rent management, everything went so smooth, which I admire. I am impressed by the post-sale also RW Invest was ready for any questions or assistance. Peter, Heather, Gary all make a good team and are always approachable. A great experience and I will recommend RW Invest wholeheartedly.

With the exception of Hanna, who showed us round the apartment pre-completion, our experience of RW Invest has not been positive. Over the period of our dealing with them (July 2023 to date) calls and emails have not been responded to and the auto-generated emails lack clarity. They need to appoint one person to support the client through to completion and to keep them abreast of process. When we purchased we were advised completion was expected late August/early September 2023 and we finally completed in June 2024. They have also reneged on part of the furniture package which we are still pursuing.
Dear Sarah,Thank you for your feedback, and we are please that we have had the opportunity to discuss this with you directly.To clarify some of the points within your feedback - our Post-Exchange and Payments team will send an email to all investors as completion is approaching in order to ensure that a blanket update has been sent to all investors outlining the completion process and the necessary next steps. This then gives all investors the opportunity to respond with any specific queries they may have in response to the update, and our payments team will also pro-actively reach out to ensure the update was received and to answer any questions you may have.With regards to the furniture package - items have not been reneged on, however the furniture packages are indicative and subject to change due to availability at the time of completion, however for clarity - a full furniture package has been provided at the price agreed for the pack, and hopefully after discussing this, further clarity was provided on this point.Nevertheless, we thank you for your feedback and of course this is always taken on board moving forward.Should you require anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.RWinvest.

GoogleKallum Holmes from RW Invest was a great host showing us around our new apartment in Liverpool. He made sure that we had plenty of time to inspect the apartment and allowed us to visit the other parts of the complex that made the development unique. He even took time to give us a tour of the surrounding are since it was out first time in Liverpool. Our overall experience with RW Invest has been positive from the start and Kallum made even better! I would definitely look to them again if I was in the market for another property.

GoogleWonderful experience with RW right from purchase to completion I dealt with Aaron Serrao who understood my investment requirements well. He found me the property, kept me up to date with the development and answering my questions. Then, Thomas Southern and Lewis McKibbin well arranged us a completion site visit. Lewis McKibbin showed us around our finished apartment and the facilities available in the development. He also briefed us the surrounding developments since it was our first property investment in Liverpool. Lewis was a polite gentlemen. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all questions that we had. Our overall experience with RW Invest has been positive from the start.
