GoogleWe purchased a property through these guys back in 2019. Today, 5 years later, we are struggling to sell the property for even half the price we paid. We also had 5 years of issues with them and with the developers.
They are very good at selling and will provide you with compelling arguments for any concerns you might have. However, the prices of the properties they offer are incredibly inflated.
If you are talking to them and considering your options, I recommend avoiding this and buying directly from the market. Simply go on Zoopla and Rightmove. You might even see the EXACT same properties they are selling but for a fraction of the price.

We appreciate your frustration but it is important to note that the property you purchased was a purpose built student accommodation purchased prior to the global Covid-19 Pandemic. As you may recall, the pandemic impacted on every business sector across the UK but in particular the impact on the student rental market was particularly severe and long lasting in respect of properties built before the pandemic.
During the pandemic many students had to vacate properties and return home to study. This in turn had an unprecedented impact on the student rental market. Further to this, further unforeseen economic factors such as rising national minimum wages, the cost of living and energy crisis felt across the UK have all seen increases to basic service costs, as well as energy costs, which although could not have been foreseen, have contributed to increased service charge budgets across the industry as a whole.
This in turn will naturally have an impact as outlined in your feedback however we expect that that given time, rental values will continue to rise, which in turn will offset increased service costs, and lead to a positive impact on property values.
We have tried to reach out to you following your feedback, but were unable to make contact. We are always available to assist where possible and if you would like to discuss the matter further we would urge you to contact our Post-Exchange department at your earliest convenience.

GoogleI wanted to start by saying I very rarely leave reviews but in full transparency the RW Invest team do deserve one. I bought an investment property in Liverpool given the growth trajectory of the area. They did a fantastic job of educating me on the market and where would be best suited for the investment - They provide a consultative service and take the salesy approach out of the discussion. James and Lewis did great job of making me feel at ease but also there were ample examples of them going above and beyond, they're great sales people and someone i'd want on my team!
With regards to aftercare, Daniel and Chloe have also been rockstars, again - fantastic customer service and no question is ever too much. They also pick up the phone knowing who you are and if they dont know the answer they wont just make something up, they'll find out and come back to you! All in a very swift manner! Typically in the past i've found that sales people want to get the deal over the line so are very attentive but when it comes to aftercare it can drop off, this absolutely hasnt been the case and its been really refreshing!
From what i've seen it looks like Legacie are taking over the regeneration of Liverpool and i'd strongly recommend RW invest as a way of getting involved. Great customer service all around and somene is doing a great job of training the team and putting it at the forefront of everything they do.
