We moved into A603 Parliament Square three weeks ago. We where living in Spain and put a deposit on the Apartment in April with a view to move in September. Due to living in Spain Chloe at RW Invest was a valuable contact for us. She was prompt and reliable with our messages and replies and went out of her way to help us. We had several concerns about repairs and replacements in the property which Chloe sorted for us. She was excellent at communicating and friendly and enthusiastic in her approach. Without Chloe's help we would have had a very difficult move to the UK. She has been professional and an asset in helping us purchase this wonderful apartment.

I had a terrible experience with RW Invest and want to warn others. After being lured in by their enticing offers, I made a payment and bought a property off-plan. I am still left with tens of thousands of funds unreturned, no property and feeling sick at the situation. Their customer service are unresponsive.After researching, I found many others who faced similar issues, confirming that this company is not trustworthy. Please be cautious and protect your funds, look for reputable alternatives instead. Don’t make the same mistake I did!To their reply:Absolute rubbish - they ignored emails and did not return calls. They did everything in their power to make the situation as difficult as possible in order to embezzle my funds. Disgraceful liars.

I recently completed my exchange with RW Invest on the 6th September 2024. It has been a bit of a strange journey so far as I reserved a property last year but unfortunately that sale fell through. My first point of contact has been Andrew Murray who has been a pleasure to deal with. He explained particular things like assignability clauses etc in easy to understand layman terms. I'm an aspiring property entrepreneur and always looking for high yield properties. The property I purchased fitted my requirements exactly and even exceeded my expectations. I like the fact that all of RW Invest employees are highly knowledgeable in their field of expertise. My after sales coordinator was Adam Burns and he was very polite and helped assist with liaising with the conveyancing solicitor. Dealing with solicitors can be a bit of a nightmare process but Adam helped smooth it over. I look forward to developing this business relationship with RW Invest in the future
