GoogleExcellent staff giving good advice . My partner and I requested information regarding a shared ownership property and I must say the lady we spoke to gave us information regarding this type of purchase and what we needed to do to qualify. No other estate agent did this

I would commend Tyrese Woods for his professional and friendly approach and his willingness to help. Overall I think they're a good company who care about their clients and customers.

GoogleShockingly bad! Take ages to get things resolved had nothing but problems since moving into a new build property. Even took over 36 hours to respond to an emergency that should of been dealt with within 4 hours! If it wasn't for the fact that we love the house we definitely would not be staying with Redwing and would never rent one of there properties again.

GooglePaul and Layla both did an exc excellent job in supporting us through the sale of our investment property in Kirby. This included a few "extras" such as helping me to locate suitable trades to get the property into a suitable condition for sale. That paid dividends as we got a pretty quick transaction and the price we were hoping for. Great service and support!!

GoogleDO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE, Nobody cares once you have a problem, 2months to fix a leak wasn't classed as urgent! Nothing but other problems with them and then you can't get anyone to pick a phone up or actually help you. It's stressful living on this house as you know when anything goes wrong they state you need to give them nearly a month to sort it. Please don't put yourself through the stress it's not worth it.

GoogleFob reader broke on our apartment block, not redwing fault. Dealing with the situation they said it would be fixed on Friday... It wasn't. Every person in the building has to call another apartment to get in. No notice of when this technical fault will be solved, no contact number left if you can't gain access by calling other apartments intercom. The least you can do is leave a notice up. Poor communication and when you work in the nightlife industry relying on waking your neighbours up at 3am to let you in is ridiculous and I felt ashamed doing so. Then when I call up at 2pm to say no one in the building is answering their intercom I'm told to walk to the other side of town in the heavy rain to get a key to the bin shed to get in, no apology no we'll come and let you in. Quite embarrassing relying on gaining access to your property on people you don't know. Thanks for nothing redwing.
