GoogleBest moving service i have come across. I have moved quite a few times and i have to say it was great. Kept me up tp date with the move in date, flowers, balloons and bag of goodies when collecting the keys and gave us all the relevant information. Took some of the stress away. :)

GoogleYet another idiot van driver in DS64AHJ who cuts up other drivers and then drives over kerbs and grass verges to undertake other vehicles to bully his way to the front of the lights. Judging by other comments, the whole company is just rubbish and should be avoided at all costs if they employ these morons!

GoogleBrilliant at being there for you during the sales process , but once the sale has gone through...forget about any help or assistance! I regretfully purchased a property through Redwing in July 2019 and was advised that the MAJOr construction site next door (also a redwing property) would be completed in September 2019.. It is now coming to end of March 2020 and I am still unsure when this building work will be completed! I am an emergency service worker and therefore have to work a lot of night shifts...I have not been able to sleep since moving in due to living in the middle of a building site! My car has been destroyed with the constant dirt from this site also and I have had constant issues trying to gain access to my own car parking space due to the amount of heavy machinery constantly blocking the drive. It has got the point where I have had to find an alternative parking space ELSEWHERE!! Redwing do not care! I have also contacted Redwing about other issues, and again, have received no help! I can’t even get post delivered to my own property! I would strongly advise avoiding this company, like the plague !

GoogleI urge people not to go into shared ownership with this company, we recently sold my late mothers appartment. It was bought(25%) in 1999 for £20k, to sell, @£28k in 2018, Redwing required an RAIS valuation @ £300 (although they own 75%) Management Pack £300+ sinking fund £5,700 (which goes up and up depending in how long you reside) Agents Fees £1200, plus you continue to pay rent and service charge whilst empty (until sold) in our case luckily for only four months (this would simply mount up until a buyer is found) Resulting in an £18k return after nearly 20 years of rent and service charge. My advice 'don't do it' The only winner is Redwing. Plus they are arrogant and unpleasant to deal with. NB I only gave one star because you can't give 0. If Redwing wish to contradict my comments or contest same, I will gladly revise if appropriate.
