GoogleThe house I rent is a new built managed by Redwing. They provides an excellent service starting from Day 1. All document are precise and square (i.e. inventory checklist with photo, DPS). Redwing's team has difference department handle the work properly and giving you a clear instruction with right contact window. My bathtub has water leakage unfortunately, but they can fix it on the same day.

GoogleI recently dealt with Redwing, specifically Layla, as a first time buyer and I would definitely recommend their service. They were contactable by phone in the first instance, which made it quick and easy to run queries by them. They were knowledgeable about the property and no query was too much trouble.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Redwing. I placed my flat on the market with them after desperately trying to sell it with other estate agents for a couple of years. They sold it within a month! James and Becky who I dealt with were extremely professional, thorough, helpful and friendly and I can not thank them enough for supporting me through an easy stress-free sale. GoogleAwful for lettings . Viewed a property was told it was ours and they would ring to start to process . Rang up to be told they’ve chosen a different applicant. Didn’t even take an application form of anyone ridiculous and bad process .

GoogleAbsolutely god awful. Ask anyone on the Sycamore estate in Warrington. Still sat here 5 months in with leaks in back door, no blinds in kitchen or bathroom and a manufacture fault on the front door. Worst out there.
