I don’t even know where to start other than to say redwing have been amazing from start to finish of the process. Eleanor who dealt with us was really helpful throughout the process and worked to get us moved into our new home within two weeks of applying. We can’t put into words how much we appreciate her help and hard work. I would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a home then you wouldn’t go wrong with Redwing. Amazing service.

I'll say my overall experience was good. It was stressful but things were eventually put at ease. I wish a few things were better communicated and more specific as it can be quite overwhelming for a first time buyer to understand how things work. Examples: Things like the bedroom floorings not being furnished, and the tenancy rent wasn't mentioned/included when I asked for specific rent. However, I would recommend Redwing to anyone in my circle that are thinking of moving out for the first time.

Layla from Redwing has recently supported us in the sale of our property and her attention to detail, customer communications, knowledge and service has been second to none. She has been there with us every step of the way, always on the other end of the phone to answer questions and assist us in every aspect of the sale. This sale has been particularly difficult but Layla has gone out of her way to make it happen (often sending emails out of working hours). She is a credit to Rewing.

We have absolutely loved our 3 year stay at Plaza 1821. The staff are amazing and always ready to help. Building is very technologically forward and we have felt safe at all times. It is close to everything but also just outside of all the mess from the centre. Best of both worlds! Thank you for making our stay as amazing as it was!

The whole buying process is quite smooth. However, I am very disappointed after receiving the property. This is because I found that the radiator cover at hallway was badly torn off per attached photo. It is totally different from what I saw during viewing. Also, before completion, I did requested to pay attention when the movers move the stuff. But it still happens. Finally, I have to pay extra cost to fix it.

From day one contact Paula has been efficient, friendly and great at keeping us informed. We were delighted with the apartment. I found my ideal flat on Rightmove and exactly FOUR WEEKS later I had the keys and was moving in. In that time I had two viewings, all necessary checks had been made, all utilities were set up and I had no concerns whatsoever. I dealt with three different members of Redwing staff, personally, by telephone and email and they were always helpful and friendly and made the the whole process stress free. I cannot recommend them too highly.
