I became involved with Redwing when looking for a house on the Wirral. Jamie the sales advisor was very good . He understood my needs and requirements and was actively searching for suitable properties for me. He was always ready to help and would return my emails and text's quickly. I bought a part ownership house in the area I wanted, and moved in September 2018 and I am very happy here. There were a few hiccups with the finance department hence the 4 stars.

The of buying my New Home was proving very stressful after what was at first thought a straight forward process having already got a cash buyer wanting a quick completion on my own property . How wrong can you be ! Without the amazing Laura Sutton I would of lost the property I desperately wanted ..... Laura stuck with me and dispite a number of set backs ,knowing , I had the funds and criteria to qualify for the required property . Emily Grady is the epitome of someone who cares about her job and is exceptionally good at it. Nothing you ask of her is too big or too small. She helps anyway she can and she’s a credit to this company. Eleanor went above and beyond to make sure our moving process was as smooth as possible. The initial move in date was pushed back due to some structural problems but she constantly kept us in the loop getting back to our questions promptly. It was so refreshing to deal with an estate agent who actually cares and understands how stressful moving home can be. Would highly recommend Redwing as you do not get many estate agents like them especially when renting! I rented Redwing property for just 1 year, the pre-renting vetting process was rigorous and daunting but the Redwing staff were all amazing and supportive. Eleanor liaised with the Letta vetting team to speed up the process and ensured my keys were available right on time at move in date. Sophie, the property manager for the duration of my tenancy was incredibly helpful and addressed any issues raised and on time as well. Though i knew I exited the property leaving it in pristine condition but at check out she didn't seem to dig up issues where there's none as I experienced with my previous letting agent.

Hi. I'm a bit disappointed with my experience with Redwing. The first talks with Eleanor via emails, everything goes perfectly. I received the keys from the new property on 11.07.2024, and the house has not been painted and clean. They send me a gentleman to paint just a few patches in the halls, and we understand from there, that the colours probably not gone be matching as they exist plenty of variety whites. The lady said I could be compensated about the house not being clean but not explaining how that gone happening. I opened the boiler door when clean that room and realised the boiler dripped water to the floor. What I report already. I'm still waiting for someone contacting me about that.
