Everyone has been so helpful during the build up to us moving in. We have been kept informed at every stage of the build and we really enjoyed being allowed to visit our house a few times before it was completely finished. From the Sales Office to Site Management and tradesmen everyone has been very polite and helpful too and we have found the standard of workmanship to be very high both for the build quality and the internal finishes.In all, a very good team.

Great experience at Abbey Fields

We reserved a plot recently on Abbey Fields in Shropshire. We had just come from a bad experience with another new home builder and Vera our sales lady was so helpful. Vera listened to what we needed, understood what we had been through and showed us a few options one of which is our dream home. So far all dealings we have had with redrow have been great. Our property is perfect and my Husband and our parents are in the building trade and were all really impressed with the build quality. We can’t wait to move into our new home.

My experience of the site team has been excellent. I was dubious about buying a new build but I shouldn’t have been worried. Dawn, Charlotte, Kerry and Debbie have all been so supportive and helpful, the whole experience has been amazing and I would like to say thank you! I’ve reserved my new home/ forever home and I can’t wait to move in! The site team/ customer service team are fantastic. If you are looking for a new home I would recommend looking at poppy fields because the houses are amazing and the team are brilliant, no hard sell and they do help you come to the right decision.

Happy for the most part

Love the design and quality of redrow homes. As with all newbuilds there are a couple of snags which I will be raising but overall happy with our new home.Throughout the process staff were accommodating and have always been friendly and polite.Happy with incentives offered.Would've liked more contact in lead up to completion as felt as though only contact made then was if they wanted an update regarding progress towards completion, I thought we were going to be contacted with next steps and what to expect following exchange but this didn't happen and also thought we were going to be contacted within a few days of us moving in to raise any issues we may have and this hasn't happened yet (we've not been in a week yet so may still happen or If I've misunderstood and I'm just meant to log issues on the portal then I think it would be nice if this was part of the journey)I found the property because of my friend that lives in the area and so we completed a refer a friend referral, this was supposed to be £1000 for each of us upon completion. I was very disappointed that when we handed this in there were obstacles put in the way to prevent us having this and this then became me getting nothing and my friend being told she would get £500 because that's what the refer a friend incentive was when she bought her property 3/4 years ago despite her only recommending me now. I think had the incentive been £1000 when she bought her property and £500 now they wouldn't have said they had to do whatever the incentive was when she completed and found this a little underhand, as much as I was grateful for the incentives I got I was a bit disappointed with this especially as every little helps when moving house.We also found that it's expected that we pay £180 for redrow's legal fees, I've never bought a new build before so unsure if this is standard practice but I found this a bit cheeky from such a well established company.I was happy with the amount of checks redrow do to ensure the property is how it should be and that they've made improvements to certain aspects from when they built their earlier phases. Love the effort to make the house homely for move in including cleaning, air freshners prior to move, the bow on the door, hamper and other bits. Final points for improvent would be, we got a visit whilst moving our things in, to quickly sign for keys and sign off meter readings but hadn't had chance to check the readings and weren't given a copy. Overall happy but few areas that could be improved.

I had an appointment to look at some show homes and had a wonderful experience with Fran and Chelby! They went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and they even took me down to view some plots that were built on the development. I’m not actually looking at buying on this development as I’m not looking for this area, but for anybody who is looking in the area - go and see these girls at Tabley Green! Not to mention the development and homes are beautiful!

Shower of incompetents

Moved into redrow property in 2021 in brizen Park, cheltenham.A brand new property but within a short space of time discovered a faulty kitchen cupboard door. This was reported and someone came and looked at it and promised that it would be replaced. Despite many repeated phone calls and assurances this hasn't been done. They have displayed 0 interest and its now 2024. This is Despite the fact that they are still building nearby. In my opinion a complete shower of #$%@!.

So far been excellent. Good at keeping you informed and follow up after moving in. Asked to put together any snags as a list that will hopefully be sorted soon, but generally they're minor. The workmanship is better than a lot of new builds we have seen and the proportion of rooms are good.Promise to respond if an emergency arises.What we have really appreciated is the little additions like outside electric socket and water, been very helpful.
