I had an appointment to look at some show homes and had a wonderful experience with Fran and Chelby! They went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and they even took me down to view some plots that were built on the development. I’m not actually looking at buying on this development as I’m not looking for this area, but for anybody who is looking in the area - go and see these girls at Tabley Green! Not to mention the development and homes are beautiful!

We had great support from the sales team. They kept us well informed with information and regular updates. The after sale team as well are doing great job constantly giving us support. They understand that it can be overwhelming to move house. What I can suggest fir the future is to see the customer as an individual with peculiar situations and support them. Doing this will help create joy and good relationships with the customer and help grow the brand.

Moved into redrow property in 2021 in brizen Park, cheltenham.A brand new property but within a short space of time discovered a faulty kitchen cupboard door. This was reported and someone came and looked at it and promised that it would be replaced. Despite many repeated phone calls and assurances this hasn't been done. They have displayed 0 interest and its now 2024. This is Despite the fact that they are still building nearby. In my opinion a complete shower of #$%@!.

So far been excellent. Good at keeping you informed and follow up after moving in. Asked to put together any snags as a list that will hopefully be sorted soon, but generally they're minor. The workmanship is better than a lot of new builds we have seen and the proportion of rooms are good.Promise to respond if an emergency arises.What we have really appreciated is the little additions like outside electric socket and water, been very helpful.

We made an impromptu visit to the Ash Gardens development in Waterlooville ,on arriving at the sales office we were greeted by Jo Rothstein who instantly put us at ease , we wanted to view the Leamington Lifestyle after seeing it on Instagram , luckily it was one of the show houses - we were seriously impressed with the layout . Jo explained all our options and all the relevant costs involved and was very informative .

Great experience with Kevin during our visit in Milton. He was dynamic, open and supportive. The experience, compared with others, was brilliant. We felt comfortable, we got a clear picture about houses, prices and he was well prepared to answer any question that we had. We did not go for it at the end, but the experience with sales was at another level. In the future I will be happy to deal with him again.

We went to view the show homes with Charlotte in winscombe today. I have to say working in the housing industry I was so impressed with Charlottes knowledge of the plots, sizes and optional extras. We quizzed her lots and she gave a us a great tour of a variety of houses. There wasn’t one question she couldn’t answer and she was so friendly! I would recommend visiting the showroom and certainly speaking to Charlotte!

Went to view show homes at Woodford Garden Village with a view to purchasing and the sales staff couldn’t do enough to help, I was really impressed with the finish and took some design ideas for when I have my own. Walked round the site and was impressed with the sense of community, open space and the avro museum is so unique! I’ll definitely be back soon
