We went in to the Crown hill view development today and received the most welcoming and friendly experience from Caron. She spent so much time explaining everything to us, informing us of the process. She was also excellent with our two children which makes all the difference in a situation like that! The best experience we have had looking at a new development

Great developer, we have had an amazing experience from the first engagement when we made the initial enquiry about a new build right through to moving into the property a few weeks ago. The after care service is second to none, when we have come across issues (which are to be expected in a new build) they have been dealt with quickly and efficiently !

Chole from the customer serivce team handled the process in a very professional way . She has taken actions against all the points raised. Coordinating among various contractors and making sure they did complete the job on time. Toby the techinican visited did a fantastic job on the decoration part and provided constant feedback to the customer serivce team and completed most of the concerns raised .

From our initial expression of interest some months ago, the Billington rep, kept in frequent contact until we had sold our own property. Then despite her absence due to illness, the cover rep worked swiftly and efficiently to meet our needs, despite working elsewhere at times. The site visit was very useful and everything was clearly explained.

I understand that the specification of appliance in the show home was what you were expecting and this was not what was shown in your apartment. There were some changes which were made to specifications in the apartments and as such our Sales Team notified all purchasers of this. I am replying to Lewis from my previous review as he asked for details but have no way on letting him know , it's on the Saxon Brook Exeter Devon. Even the executive complaints team who say this is of high importance do not even reply of the quality and sub standard contractors and they are just the same customer service do not care either

If you want to go to the Alders at Great Oldbury, we recommend you book first. When we went the sales lady was a little abrupt ä, if not rude, and told us to go home and come back next weekend. We had driven a long way so decided it wasn’t for us, especially as you could hear the M5 and we weren’t even allowed to see the showhomes.

From the start Suzanne at rayne Gardens was helpful, informative and didn’t pressurise us. So far it has been very easy-going and stress free hopefully our plot will be finished earlier than estimated but we were given a time scale and fingers crossed it will all go smoothly. Very satisfied so far.

Have been living on Saxon Brook Estate for 5 years, many battles to get things rectified and fixed. Dead trees in communal areas, roads not resurfaced even after many many emails of promises. Very poor after sale customer service- once you have have handed money over and completed their customer service survey. Neighbours have also tried to persuade them to finish roads and complete communal areas.
