Great site I love living here but the contractors for the site at Hilton Grange Halewood are speeding all day up and down the estate when the road clearly states 5 miles per hour. There are two bumps at either end but that does not stop them doing way over 30 especially when they want an early dart on a friday. If I wanted to live on a race track I would have moved to silverstone!! Please sort.

The overall experience was good, however there were some little issues which could have been avoided with providing clear information. As example, we were told that kitchen etc. can be chosen, but no one warned that for the plot we have chosen - everything has been installed already. Surprised that no information pack was provided - only received manuals for the white goods and still chasing the after care team for the additional information- e.g. tiles and paint used.

We visited this site to see the Canterbury show home, as there are none available for the developments down south, on our way back from visiting family in the lakes. We did try to visit the Worden gardens on the way up but the show home was in the middle of being renovated, meaning it wasn’t available to access, which hadn’t been advertised on the website. Antony in the sales room at Oakwood Fields could not have been any more helpful. When we arrived he offered us water and the use of the restroom, knowing we’d had a bit of a journey. And even though there was work happening outside the show home Anthony still allowed us entry into house. He then spent half hour answering our questions, providing specific answers and providing us with tips on how to utilise the redrow website to create our own version of the house on the development site we’re thinking of moving too. It’s the best customer service I’ve experienced for a long time. Thank you Antony.
