It is an absolute delight to have gotten a home from redrow chester.Nice customer care service .All their rooms were good sized room compared to other developers in the area.Though had some turbulent times with them during the process,it was well handled professionally and all issues were resolved on time .Thank to Gabriella(absolutely helpful),Nichola,Gaby,members of the sales team and others not mentioned here.You guys were absolutely helpful during this process.Will definitely get another home with them at a later time .Definitely recommends anyone buying a home to go get from redrow homes.

Saj Uddin at Arden Fields, Bulkington has been excellent from the start of my initial enquiry regarding purchasing a brand new house which is something I have never done before. He was helpful in advising me the entire process and reassured me where reassurance was needed. Whilst there is no show home for the houses I had short listed in Bulkington, Saj was very helpful in arranging for me to visit the two other fairly local sites where the show homes that I had short listed were available to look at. Both Tamworth and Rugby were very welcoming and mirrored the professionalism Saj had demonstrated during the process. Saj has credibility which gave me peace of mind that I was in very good hands. Saj has been very patient during my decisions and has been extremely helpful with any questions I have raised. Saj was very flexible with me to ensure I could secure my dream home. A lovely buying experience!

Recently we had our home preview at Plas Ty Draw with Claire and Ellie and it was wonderful. Both were so knowledgeable about the property and managing our expectations of our first few weeks there. It wasn’t all property chat though, both were just really lovely ladies. For my health I needed a couple of accommodations for the visit and nothing was too much. It can be quite embarrassing asking for accommodations but I didn’t need to worry - this goes for every time I’ve visited the sales office too. Steve is great! And I’d extend that to Mitch too. Naturally we’ve visited the site a lot and have taken our young daughter. All the site staff have stopped and waved, even slowed down the machinery they were driving incase it was too loud!! There’s just such a lovely atmosphere.Looking forward to moving in and knowing that we will be really taken care of as we already have been.

Lesley and Carol at Halewood site were absolutely fantastic. We had seen a few developers before and one thing we were always put off by was the feeling of being rushed. Lesley gave us the space to think and we didn’t feel like we were being rushed to make a decision. Everything was explained so clearly and was accommodating of our personal circumstances. Good experience

We visited Woodford Garden Village as I'm looking to buy a house. Tyler Adams, met us and was extremely helpful and professional. She was welcoming, and asked all the important questions then took us through all the possible options on a large touch screen then showed us the show home they have. At the end she discussed different offers they had and sign posted us to other show rooms where we could view our favourite houses. I've visited many companies looking for the best fit for me and my family, by far Tyler was the most helpful.

Great Milton Park

We were looking at reserving a plot at great Milton park, unfortunately the house was not big enough for us so we are now patiently waiting for further releases to purchase but the customer service we had from Grayson was fantastic. Grayson genuinely could not do enough for us, no ask was too big and he was extremely knowledgeable. The whole team we have dealt with have also been fantastic, they really make you feel like you’re important rather than just seeing you as a possible sale! Five stars all round!

A great job well done.

Having moved into a new build we noticed that under the warranty the garage privacy door needed replacing. Martin and Malcolm arrived to replace the door but on closer inspection noticed the door frame needed as well. They were able to locate a new door and frame and were able to install it the same day. The quality was their work was exceptional, their attention to detail could not be faulted. Everything was meticulously cleared away before they left and the new door and frame looks perfect. I cannot thank them enough for their commitment and professionalism.

Quality of service is excellent

Carol is amazing and gave us all the help and knowledge we required when choosing the house.We visited many times prior and after receiving an offer on our house, Carol consistently and happily gave us the time and assistant on every occasion. Paul, the site manager, was also extremely helpful in showing us exactly what our house will look like and the plot it will be on. We have never had such attention anywhere else.

Great Site but you need more sales staff.

Sally-Anne in the Sales Office was great, very helpful and lovely to deal with, but the poor lady is rushed off her feet; we had several interruptions during our appointment to choose our flooring etc from people just arriving without appointments. Sally- Anne dealt with them all very professionally but it would have been a nicer experience if there was another person to deal with people who arrive ad hoc. Obviously Sundays will be a popular day for people driving around looking at the various new build sites in the area, why wouldn't you have 1 or 2 more sales staff to help with enquiries?

I have lived in my house nearly 4…

I have lived in my house nearly 4 years. All the windows do not open as handles faulty, Towel Rad valve has come off. Front door doesn't lock, EnSite drain smells constantly, air vent is upside down on front of house. Kitchen floor is lifting and bathroom. Plug sockets not working. There is no one to contact. This is such a disappointment for the cost of our home. Edit: had a reply to send further information and still have received anything.

Sam Butt was extremely helpful from the very first day when we visited the redrow office at amington to view the house. He even popped in on the day we had moved in to make sure everything was ok and if there is anything that needed to be fixed. The blinds on one of the doors were broken and the issue was promptly resolved. Kirsty and Lauren have also been extremely helpful and easily reachable, whenever needed. Overall we were very happy with the service we received and the house is beautiful. We would definitely recommend redrow.

Hedera Gardens - Remedial Works

Had a top class Customer Service Technician called Martin Conley come round today and last week to our new build house at Hedera Gardens in Royston.We reported cracking above our patio doors amongst other defects and subsequent poor workmanship by the initial customer care technician assigned to the job. I can not praise the work of Martin any higher. Its of the highest standard. Martin is a rare breed in that he is a highly skilled tradesman whose workmanship reflects his skill level. Plus his customer skills are impeccable. Thank you so much Martin, your work was amazing. I hope I won’t need repairs done again, but if I do, I very much hope it is you that they send you.

Excellent Experience at Poppy Fields

We stopped at Poppy Fields, Ravenfield, to have a look at the show houses, which we happened across during a holiday in the area. Even though we were only interested in seeing the type and build of property with no intention of buying in that particular area (live in Devon), we were welcomed with open arms. Dawn was very friendly and helpful and contacted us after we returned home to supply further purchase options we had requested. Excellent staff and could not fault your customer services. Superb Help from the Sales Office Staff

Charlotte and Liz in the Sales Office were superb. Very helpful and continue to be so as we start our conveyancing journey as our house gets built.My only gripe, which isn't down to Charlotte or Liz, is that when you ring what looks like the local site number the calls is more often than not picked up by a call centre. It then takes time for the site to be notified and come back to us. We now have a proper local number. My advice would be to get hold of the local number ASAP.

Berkeley Dene site visit

We were greeted by Jade who checked what we were interested in house wise. Jade was very friendly and welcoming. She showed us different plots available for the house types we were interested in on the large interactive screen and explained time scales for the plots and the buying process. She let us through into the show homes which were absolutely lovely. Afterwards we spoke more about the homes and she knew the answers to all the questions we had.
