He did a good job of replacing the tile which involved a lot of work.He is meticulous in his work and does them to a good standard . I am very pleased with his work. I would happily have him to rectify other snags.

Some issues were okay, however there should be more transparency and efficiency. It is taking me almost 2 months to settle in as still waiting for things to be fixed. The idea of doing DIY myself is off putting as I hate it. Some people may like it, not for me. Been a hassle. Very stressful.

Shocking Experience

Awful - avoid them at all costs. Spent 600k on a home, snags outstanding, customer services don't even acknowledge your emails to resolve issues. every wall has had to have plastering and painting, doesn't look a new home. Garden is flooded, black mould inside - we are told this is normal for a new build. Honestly save yourself the stress and anxiety and buy from someone else!

He is polite, friendly and he certainly has great skills in terms of his trade, with painting, making things good and done a great job with the mastic in my kitchen. Another redrow person said they would go over the mastic but not Mike as he removed the existing mastic first then used new mastic. Thanks Mike!
