Toby did an excellent job repairing the staircase. He perfectly filled all the gaps and painted it afterwards, and the staircase now looks as good as it did before. He also took the time to guide me on how to fix this kind of issue in the future. Very professional work and great attention to detail.

I am living in Brook at Taylor’s Chase and my front door lock isn’t working properly recently. With the help of Angela from Lancashire Customer Service on arrangement of fixing, the technician Gavin came to fix the issue very soon. Gavin is nice and helpful not just fixing the problem but also giving advice on maintenance.
