We've been extremely frustrated with our Zanussi fridge freezer (model ZNN18FS5). We bought it less than three years ago, and in that short time, it has broken down three times, now it's happened yet again! It's incredibly disappointing to face such recurring issues with a relatively new appliance. It's been a complete waste of money, and to make matters worse, reaching their customer service is nearly impossible. Avoid their products at all costs, this feels like a scam! So don’t include zanussi appliances when you’re getting property from redrow. Better change the choices!!!!!

We bought a house at Woodford garden village and moved in Feb 2024. We have a snag list drawn up, of over 100 issues via a snagging company. 8 months on, nearly over 2/3 of this list is yet to be actioned. In the first couple of months, everyone is really responsive and attentive, after that it will be a miracle if you can get a hold of someone. My favourite is trunking entrances on the wall, where the bracket has been installed but there is no path for the wires, 8 months on, unable to place a TV in the living room the way I would like to.
