Quality of "standard" fittings is poor - eg bathrooms are a complete let down considering the price of a new build property. There is no option to upgrade baths for example.

The viewing experience was great. Got all the time I needed to have a look around multiple show homes, sample materials, and all of the possible extras. The houses look great on the exterior, front and back with fantastic massive gardens. The layout of all of the homes I looked at was really good, spacious, well thought out, and loads of natural light but the fit and finish and choice of materials inside was not good at the price these homes are listed at. Choice of finishing materials is very limited and the prices of what is available are hugely inflated. One example of eye-watering pricing 4.6 sqm bathroom flooring options which range from £620 to £1265 extra. Show homes are already showing signs of wear with railings and balustrades cracked and needing maintenance. Loved the layouts but the inside really needs a lot of work.

We are neighbours of the new site in Faversham. I have reported breaches of planning consent in respect of times work has started and finished several times. Each time I am assured they will look into it but they obviously do nothing. This morning work started at 7.20 am and actually woke me up.So they are only interested in making as much money as quickly as possible and to hell with the people already living in the area.Our local councillor has already received many other complaints about the site not sticking to its planning consent rules and is preparing a complaint to the Planning Department.Beware folks. This company will obviously tell you stuff they think you want to hear and then carry on doing whatever they want.

Absolute cowboys!! Write their own five star reviews and delete the negative ones. You don’t have a Facebook page dedicated to “don’t buy redrow” for no reason despite what they tell you. So many mistakes and issues they either never rectify or actually make worse. Continually lie and attempt to wriggle their way out of anything. Once they have your money there is no such thing as aftercare services just false promises and more lies. Honestly don’t make the same mistake we did and buy with this developer they are absolutely abysmal. Complaint to the ombudsman and court action pending against this sham of a builder.

We are currently purchasing a new house on Kingsbourne Nantwich. I am a wheelchair user with very limited mobility and my husband is also disabled having a prosthetic leg. Mark Hulse the assistant site manager went above and beyond to enable us to visit the house in complete safety. From ensuring access to the house was altered so that I could enter in my wheelchair, to there being absolutely no builders waste anywhere, which would have been an issue for us. He explained and showed us everything regarding all the electrical and plumbing instillations along with construction and insulation details. We were also accompanied by Rob from the sales team who gave us a lot of useful information too.Once again Mark we cannot thank you enough for all the thought and consideration you gave enabling us to fulfil our hard hat visit. If I could award 10 stars I would.

We chose this build in congleton because it had finishing touches we loved. We had the initial issues which were finally completed but now we can't get repairs done for 13 weeks. We would advise any buyers to not pay for turf as it is more like field grass full of weeds and redrow want nothing to do with it.redrow have my name and area of build to check my repairs and complaint that was brushed aside.Thanks for response 17.07.24 but I have already emailed you and recieved your response which is why i sent complaint. Rather than emails could someone, as requested, visit to discuss my issues.
