From the start Suzanne at rayne Gardens was helpful, informative and didn’t pressurise us. So far it has been very easy-going and stress free hopefully our plot will be finished earlier than estimated but we were given a time scale and fingers crossed it will all go smoothly. Very satisfied so far.

Have been living on Saxon Brook Estate for 5 years, many battles to get things rectified and fixed. Dead trees in communal areas, roads not resurfaced even after many many emails of promises. Very poor after sale customer service- once you have have handed money over and completed their customer service survey. Neighbours have also tried to persuade them to finish roads and complete communal areas.

My review is for the customer care team, Luke from The Lawns to be exact. We had a number of little issues to be fixed in the house and Luke did a great job. I appreciate how he did everything immaculately, cleaned after himself spotless, was super friendly and helpful. I would say he went above and beyond, did a really thorough job and the customer service was great.

The service from the staff has been excellent, especially from Amy and Tracey who we have been liasing with from the beginning. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I feel at ease ringing them with any questions/queries I may have. They really do go the extra mile for the customers.

Our dishwasher attachment to the door, one of the screw came loose due to lack of threads. Took 2 emails for redrow to come fix it. But the technician was very good. even though only 1 screw came loose, he put in 2 stronger screws to secure the door. I would expect this to stay on for a long time from now.

We have been in our property nearly 6 months now and cannot get hold of the post purchase customer service team, we have a list of snags that still need to be resolved. Including our back garden being water logged, guttering not being fixed (this was originally raised on our home preview), toilets are stained because of a leak that was because they didn't fit the loo's correctly on build. We do not get any responses in regards to our emails. Assistant site manager has promised that these will be resolved and as of yet nothing. Does feel like once they have completed the purchase there is no rush for them to fix the issues in your house. I am giving a two star rating because there is a few members of staff that are brilliant and do help but customer service is really bad. I would like a reply to my emails and a call to discuss dates on when these will be resolved. Thanks

I’d like to compliment one of your employees, Shelley at the Alconbury Weald II branch, for the excellent service she provided us and making our experience/journey of buying our first family home one to remember. Shelley helped me to sort out my choices. Although, I’ve changed my mind a number of times - she remained patient with me and always gave me an honest feedback with my choices and ultimately giving the home (quality) I’ve always dreamed of without the headache that is common with a purchase this significant.I cannot stress enough the extend she went to ensure we were selecting the right colours of kitchen cabinets, tiles, flooring and wardrobes. Whilst I was heavy in my pregnancy and I couldn’t drive up from London she send me videos of the choices and carefully matching them for me so that everything could coordinate. The only time I didn’t listen to her was for the tiles in the cloak room, and boy am I kicking myself - I wish I listened to her!I have always been pleased with the service I receive at Alconbury Weald II branch. However, Shelley's professionalism, expertise and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.It is our opinion that such customer service and the level she went above our expectations should be commended. So, here is a little note in my our own words to let you know how much we appreciate her. So, please do let her know and we are sad to leave her. Ps: thank you for organising the Halal basket.
