Now in our 3rd year with Andrew Louis as our estate managing agent, and no plans to move. The Block Management team respond quickly, should we have any issues, they use local contractors where possible and those contractors are happy with the payment schedule, which is very important for the smaller contractor we like to use, no delays in paying them.

Hi Nathan, I understand that the experience was not a welcome one, however the reason for this is due to a power outage that affected a portion of Liverpool City Centre overnight SEE NEWS ARTICLE HERE - (https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/gallery/eerie-pictures-liverpool-city-centre-26025570). Due to this power outage, the water pumps on your site were turned off and had to be manually restarted. When we returned to the office the following morning, we were made aware of this, and had our contractors out immediately to resolve the issue. I do appreciate that the lack of running water was problematic, however the root cause was beyond our control, and we had the issue resolved as soon as we were made aware. Based on this context, we would ask you to reconsider your low review, as it reflects poorly on us for a problem that was outside of our control. Thanks, Connor

I can't give this agency any star since they are very unprofessional.Once they showed me a flat which was not in leaving condition and it was so damp and smelly that the agent and I needed to leave immediately.For another flat, they arranged a group viewing and whilst we were still in the flat ( literally within the first 5 minutes of arrival) they let the flat to another person. Complete waist of time and when I complain about it they said we get paid. They only care about getting paid without any responsibility. Very unprofessional.
