Roy, thank you for taken the time to write this review. I am sorry that your viewing experience didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately the property that you were booked into view was re-let so we had to cancel your physical viewing appointment. Vicki from our office did try ringing you on the morning of the appointment but you did not respond. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better in the future.
